92. Making Introductions

A great way to build your rapport with a client or individual can be found in making an introduction. If you are presented with the opportunity to put two or more people in contact with one another and have a feeling that it will be a mutual value exchange, why wouldn't you!? Taking the time out of your day to show that you care and that you thought of the other person is a representation of who you are and your pursuit for longevity in relationships. I share some examples from my own life in this episode of Chase the Vision.

91. Pursuing Authenticity Leads To Inauthenticity

We've all heard the "be your authentic self" spiel before. Some guru or motivational speaker tells you to find authenticity in your life and be authentic to your audience, yet leaves you with a feeling of confusion and lack of direction. I believe that by pursuing authenticity you are actually setting yourself up to be inauthentic. I explain why in today's episode of Chase the Vision.

90. My Take On Crypto and NFTs

For the first time publicly, I am directly sharing my perspective on the investor's market. I've gotten into heated debates on the subject, but in this episode, I speak about cryptocurrencies, the Metaverse, NFTs, real estate, and even stocks. I don't expect to be agreed with, so don't go messaging me saying I'm 100% wrong and some skeptic. You have your beliefs and I have mine. Only time will tell who's right in the long term.

89. Giving Advice vs. Wasting Your Time

It's safe to say that all of us at one time or another have given advice to a person who was asking. I think it's also safe to assume that we gave that same person the same advice, with little variation, more than once. When does your advice lose its value? When should you set a boundary with the person on the asking end? As a bonus, I talk about how to deal with clients who aren't doing what you have told them to do, therefore hindering their received results.

88. 3 Steps To Regaining Momentum

Losing momentum from time to time is a fact of life and a hard-learned lesson in business. What I have seen happen is one oftentimes loses interest or focus in one area and begins subconsciously redirecting that same energy towards another. This, in a traditional sense, is known as burnout. How do you get back on track after a period like this? How can you reestablish the momentum you once had and even supersede it? In this episode, I cover 3 steps you can use to regain momentum in whatever situation you may be in. Don't dwell on what happened, imagine what has yet to. As a bonus, I include a 4th step that can help prevent the same thing from happening in the future.

87. Getting Wisdom Through Social Audio, an Interview with Dayo Akinrinade

Since Clubhouse's launch in 2020, there has been a slew of new social audio apps come to market. It's important that with these new applications, there are features that stand out. One such app is Wisdom. I was personally asked to come on as an early beta user in September 2021 and have since stuck around because of the uniqueness it offers. Today I have the opportunity of interviewing Wisdom's founder and serial entrepreneur Dayo Akinrinade about her start-up and dive into her other ventures and previous achievements.
