"Very good, very interesting. I really appreciated the commitment to historical accuracy and the ways in which the recipes were put into context. Also if you’re an aubergine fan this literally has an aubergine based dessert recipe. "

"i loved this book! (i don't cook so can't give it the fifth star it probably deserves because i didn't try any of the recipes) There are a couple paragraphs before each recipe putting it in context of Judaism and history then easy and clear instructi"
