Silly Daddy Coin

First there was Bitcoin. Now there is Silly Daddy Coin!
Finally, after 26 years as one of the longest-running comics about family, Silly Daddy Comics now has its own cryptocurrency token. Unlike Bitcoin, there aren't 21 million of them. There are only 200 of them--issued as limited edition pieces of rare digital art. Using a cryptocurrency called BitCrystals, you can be one of the few collectors on the planet to own a Silly Daddy Coin. This epic opportunity to get Silly Daddy Coin is now avail...

Star Trek, Milk, and Cow Coin

I took my youngest daughter trick-or-treating this season in our Pasadena neighborhood and it was a fun time. Our Southern California city is one of the best places I've ever been to for trick-or-treating. People really get into the spirit of things here! In fact, the are we go to for trick-or-treating is so lively! Neighbors set up lawn chairs on the front yard to greet people and some even seem to be having family friendly parties on their front porch as they pass out candy. This SoCal tric...

Rare Digital Art: A Mother's Love

A mother's love is so rewarding. It is healing, protecting, warm, watchful, and priceless. While scores of people wonder when the next big investment will rise all the way to the moon, we must never forget that in most healthy cases, a mother's love goes to the moon--and far beyond. That is certainly the case for my own dear mother, as well as my wife for our children.

You can buy this piece of rare digital art at https://cryptographics.app/cryptographic/136 using Ethereum. It is a super rare...

Random Rare Digital Art Generator

Random Crypto-Art Generators have arrived--and the art world will never be the same!
Have you ever imagined that an artist could take their existing artwork, as well as new pieces, and use a machine to randomly combine different elements of their various images to create something brand new? It's like making deeply layered collages--yet effortlessly and unexpectedly. Indeed, now such things are infinitely possible with the click of a button... and some cryptocurrency. This all happens at Crypt...

Not a CryptoPunk

Kinder and gentler punks... through the power of cryptocurrency!

I drew this comic as a spoof of CryptoPunks by Larva Labs. If you don't know what that project is, it's one of the earliest theme-based collections of rare digital art. My art as well as the original CryptoPunks project is a kind of crypto-art that falls under the category of crypto-collectibles.

The cartoon rendition that I drew in ink on paper and then colored on the computer was fun to make. In fact, I try to have a lot of amus...

Rise of Crypto Art: 3 Opportunities for Artists

It’s a pretty interesting time to be alive. Especially as an artist, I have seen rapid opportunities opening up for creative people. This has been largely due to advances in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and high speed mobile internet.Basically, cryptocurrency and the mobile web are opening up the art world in unforeseen ways. Three new categories for an artist are now available... where previously there was nothing in terms of opportunity. To be clear I’m talking about opportunities...

Creative and Self-Censored Mind

When I draw myself these days, there has to be a good reason for it. I need to communicate something useful--even something that will help me personally--regardless of what anyone else thinks of the drawing. Such is the case with this recent digital drawing I created.

Growing up, I thought that I could just think about whatever I wanted and do whatever I wanted. We certainly have the freedom to think about whatever we want. Many people also try to do whatever they want. Been there; done that....

Opportunities for Artists on the Blockchain - Interview

In the fall of 2018 I was interviewed by CoinStructive LAB Radio host Aaron Mangal. We discussed the creation of rare digital art on the Blockchain as well as the myriad of platforms out there for artists. I had a blast in this interview. In fact, we talked for a half hour before the interview, about an hour during the interview, and about 45 minutes after the interview. Clearly, it was an invigorating conversation. This week, that interview went live at CoinStructive:https://coinstructive.co...
