The reality of who we are is our thought. This is why it is so important to be aware of our thoughts, which lead to words and in turn to action. By simply changing any negative thoughts or doubts that come into our mind into more powerful positive thoughts changes our reality for the better. If we have writer's block we can't think or make statements such as, "I have writer's block." This continues this pattern. It may seem too simple but by simply thinking or saying, "I am creative, writing, etc." will change the negative reality to a positive one.
The subconscious mind can not distinguish the difference between a thought and reality. If we think positive it will assume this is true. The opposite is quite true, this is how negative thinking creates a negative reality.
