Wizz Fizz cover art done
Amid Covid chaos, I'm glad to get "Wizz Fizz" one step closer to publication. Veronica Curties-Chen finished the cover art, so I've uploaded it as my new profile picture, and as a photo file on my profile.
The cover depicts Mirella Castle, the Investigator, and her friends Shayna and Wanda the Blonder, performing as 'The Exslaves'.
Previous covers have depicted Elyse Forsyth, the Producer of 'The Beast Parade', and her makeup artist friend Crimson, from "Blocked Out". The cover of "Kandy Krush" depicted Kandy McRobertson, Mirella's housemate and well known techno musician.
I'm looking forward to launching "Wizz Fizz" at Avid Reader bookshop on Boundary Street, West End, Brisbane, on the 17th of June. Crime writer Karen Thurecht will host the conversation, Karen is a friend from the Sisters in Crime, who has written some terrific local historic crime thrillers.
