Junia, a Children's Picture Book
Dear readers, my debut children’s picture book, Junia the Book Mule of Troublesome Creek, gallops onto shelves today. I am so very appreciative and humbled that you’ve allowed me to share my Kentucky stories with you.
Especially this one. Junia was such a joy to write and gave me so much happiness. I know what a beloved character she is to many of you. And I hope the ol apostle gal brings you much laughter, smiles and fond memories as she takes you on her special journey delivering books into the beautiful hills of eastern Kentucky. Much gratitude and love to you, dear readers. 💙🙏

News
Dear Readers,
I’m thrilled to announce that I'm working on a forthcoming novel (untitled) for my publisher. It is both “a sequel and a standalone companion” to The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek, set in my home state of Kentucky 12 years after that novel ends.
The new title explores the unbreakable bonds of sisterhood, strength, and courage, and is once again a unique tale about remarkable women rooted in my rich Kentucky history. And, yes, ol Junia will be there.
Thank you, dear readers, cherished librarians & indie bookstores for the privilege of sharing another journey with you.
