My name is Paul Elliott, and I dabble with writing.
I have always been very creative. I see things differently than most and have never lost the gift of imagination.
I am also on the spectrum (self-diagnosed/tested late in life), and maybe that is why I have never lost the gift of imagination, childlike wonder, and creativity.
Through my writing, I want to give children creative options for dealing with some of the everyday struggles and stressors we all face at one point or another. I want them to feel empowered to think, act, and even sometimes behave differently than others if the situation warrants it.
Take the time to listen to those with special needs in your life. We see, hear, feel, taste, and love on different levels than most.
