My Review
Carlos and Sophie, what a story.
Surely those who have already read the previous books of HL Packer, already know that once the first page is turned, the reader is absorbed in a world full of lust, intrigue, and curiosity. As always, also this time, HL Packer did not disappoint us, creating for us a well-written and detailed story to the right point, to make us fall in love with the characters.
Carlos and Sophie, they knew each other from a very young age thanks to the affairs that bind their fathers, but he living in Italy with his family and she in London, causes the two to move away. When Carlos goes looking for her, trying not only to conquer her but also to work with her, as she is an event planner, the story comes to life. You won’t be disappointed, it was a great read and I recommend it.
