Remembering is Hard
The folly of deciding to put down every book I've read in a database. Whatever. It's not like it's really that important if I don't remember. The only notable book that keeps bugging me is a memoir I read a few years back about a woman with an obese brother.
Other than that, GoodReads has helped me remember the name of a novel that has eluded me for ages! I wanted to remember it, because it's one of the more bizarre reading experiences that I've ever had.
I tried to remember it for a Twitter post, but the most I can come up with is a veteran and a witch named Magda. Didn't remember the faerie's name.
I now know, that the accursed book is Other Kingdoms, by Richard Matheson!
