Riku Vuorenmaa made his career as a corporate leader, and later turned to executive coach, and an author, helping others to pursue their leadership dreams and journeys. He focuses on comprehensive approach on leading, writing about and coaching often forgotten aspects of leadership work and career, such as deeper personal development, and career management for leaders.

Riku has built his leadership and career management experience in companies such as software and consulting giants Logica, CGI, and Cox Automotive. Besides writing he currently works as an executive coach for leaders and managers in his own company, Eye of the Storm Coaching.
