Story of Healing: My Remarkable Recovery From Hip Surgery

It’s the beginning of week two in my quest to replace my old, worn-out bone hip with titanium. I just discarded the walker and cane and am walking, somewhat slowly, on my own. And began taking the dog for a walk today.

It’s been a somewhat painful process, as you can imagine, softened by some nice drugs. My physical therapist says I have made a remarkable recovery, and am way ahead of the norm in my progress toward getting back to driving and playing tennis

I attribute my recovery to 5 things, all of which have worked together.

Being in Pretty Good Shape to Begin With

I was a college athlete and have always been active in pursuing good health through physical exercise. Yoga, which I had to pull back on in the last two years as my hip deteriorated, running with my puppy dogs, tai chi twice a week, tennis twice a week, a push up/sit up routine and eating well.

My generally good physical condition, especially leg strength, has been very helpful.

Good Medical Care

Lynne and I interviewed several surgeons before settling on Dr. Brooks. He came highly recommended, has done thousands of successful hip replacements, and has drawn national attention for his ability to minimize problems and infections with the process he has developed that all patients have to follow. And he has put together an amazing team of people who support his insistence on excellence at every step of the way.

They let me bring my own music into the operating room which, in my case, was a looped “Eternal Om” by Stephen Sutphen that has a high vibrational quality to it. I decided that this was important because it was said that the surgeon plays country music in the operating theater. I didn’t want to get some “somebody done me wrong” tune stuck in my subconscious mind.

Furthermore, I went to see my wonderful chiropractor, Dr. Runco, the Thursday before the Monday surgery to loosen up my bones for the invasion. In addition, my in-home physical therapist was great and I did everything he suggested I do, especially the exercise routine. I could feel myself getting stronger every day under his tutelage.

My Healing Mindset for a Best Possible Outcome

I am determined to get back to full functioning as soon as possible and used a technique that I have developed called the Best Possible Outcome process. This process is fully outlined in my book The Manifestation Book and can be used for any circumstance where the user wants the best outcome for almost anything. A good parking place, a good outcome of a meeting, or a remarkable outcome for hip surgery recovery.

The process is one where I ask my Higher Self, my Soul, for the best possible outcome for everybody involved in whatever circumstance I happen to be putting my attention on. And then I turn the outcome over to Spirit for the best outcome that Spirit has in mind for me, not my desired outcome. Often the outcome is better than I could have personally imagined.

I’ve used the BPO process almost every day from getting up and beginning my day, to sleeping at night, to good results from my physical therapy to good behavior from my puppy. And, of course, I did a BPO just before going into surgery.

Higher Consciousness Meditation

Six years ago, when I was fired from a high-level job for whistle-blowing, I dove deep into my meditation practice and had a breakthrough in which I became very aware of my Higher Self and the interpenetration of the 5th Dimension into the 3rd. That I was an Eternal Being occupying an amazingly complicated biomechanical vehicle, in addition to being the human being that I had been indoctrinated into from birth.

I began having conversations with my Soul and began writing down the conversations that I had with “HiC”, as I affectionately called It. The result has been 5 books, dozens of blog posts, YouTube videos on my Higher Consciousness Channel, and podcast appearances. HiC taught me a meditation process that I called Higher Consciousness Meditation which often resulted in long and short periods of Illumination and in my book The Meditation Book.

I employ Higher Consciousness Meditation at least twice a day, never failing to achieve Illumination and the sense of union with my individual eternal divine consciousness which is my HiC. In a state of Illumination, it is my experience that healing on all levels is taking place, as needed in the moment.

HiC also taught me to enter into my Holy of Holies for healing, for the purpose of remembering my Eternal Beingness, and reminding myself that my human journey and its difficulties are merely stepping stones to my growth and evolution.

Mindfulness Techniques

In addition to my longer periods of Higher Consciousness Meditation, I’ve also employed some of my short mindfulness meditation techniques throughout the day, as has been my practice since I developed them for my book, The Mindfulness Book, 3 years ago. They were developed for use in specific situations to raise the consciousness of the user when circumstances warranted. And to be short “tune-ups” throughout the day for reminding myself of my Eternal Beingness.

I frequently used, during this time period, “Peace Be Stillness”, for example. Especially when the pain would flare up. This mindfulness technique reminded me to quieten my mind and my body during the pain episode and often resulted in a lessening of the feeling of irritation. In expanded translation, “Peace” would immediately alter my vibration, “Be” would remind me to Be my Higher Self, and “Stillness” would allow me to drop into a state of “Stillness”. Very effective.

“I am Divine Consciousness” would remind me of who I really am in the midst of my human “suffering”.

And “Higher Consciousness and I are One” would lift me up into the arms of HiC for comforting.

Having a “Session with George” Just Prior to the Surgery

We have a friend who is a remarkable healer who we consult with quarterly and at key times, like hip surgery. He has the ability to delve into my inner world and locate where a “glitch” might be occurring that is causing a problem. In the session I had with him just before the surgery, I was able to locate and do healing work on a whole series of erroneous subconscious thought forms that I had generated in my early twenties which were still lingering around, unhealed.

Using his healing process, he addressed each one and “dissolved” the thought form that was contributing to my condition and helped me get into a maximum state of readiness for the surgical event. Clearing the way for me to be in the maximum state of readiness for a good outcome.

Support from Family and Friends

Last, but by no means, least, has been the support of family and friends. From my wonderful wife and lifelong partner Lynne. She has nurtured me in every way possible, from putting on my compression socks to bringing me ice packs in the middle of the night to soothing my fevered brow. And son Justin, who drove us to the hospital at 5:00 in the morning and stayed throughout the day to help transport me back home and into bed in my semi-comatose state. Justin’s brother-in-law Phillip also drove us to appointments and help in the first crucial days after surgery. Neighbors Anita and Rick who brought over 3 dinners, and their conversant selves, to make the first few nights easy to negotiate. Grandson Archer’s fabulous, handmade get-well card. And family and friends who called and texted their wishes for my speedy recovery.

A Formula for Healing and Quick Recovery

I have been interested in healing for a number of years and am very aware of the healing I have done on myself—mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. My next book will be about this subject. Three years ago, when my hip started to hurt, I had hoped to heal that part of my body. But by the beginning of this year it was clear that I was not going to regrow cartilage in my hip joint. And I began to contemplate hip surgery. I knew that I would need to bring all the knowledge and skill I have accumulated about the subject of healing to bear on having a good outcome. And that the surgery, if successful, would add a number of additional quality-of-life years to my current journey.

I think all of the healing modalities I have mentioned above have contributed to my remarkable recovery. That the sum total of them is greater than just one or two. Obviously, surgery was a major contributor, but I am convinced that anyone trying to maximize the likelihood of a good recovery from any physical, mental or emotional malady can do the same. Can put together a combination of measures that will work for them in their healing process. A good recovery is important in its own right and is certainly important in order to have a Best Possible (Long term) Outcome.

In my case, I reached deep into the bag of tools I have learned about, written about, and made part of my life experience. I think that such a recovery plan can generate a cloud of healing energy in which to negotiate the days and weeks it might take to weather a storm in the physical vehicle that we inhabit.

Next Steps

If you or someone you know is facing a sizeable health challenge, I recommend these steps:

Learn as much as you can about the condition so you will be informed as you proceed to take some degree of responsibility for your own health and the outcome of a condition.Learn what alternatives you can draw from and include in your recovery plan.If my experience and knowledge resonate with you, include a spiritual approach to whatever other approaches you decide to take. I think spiritual tools combined with a modern medicine approach is stronger than just the medical model by itself The medical profession will tell you that there are many things they don’t know or understand, including why one person does better than another in their recovery. I think a cloud of healing energy generated around any malady can have significant benefits.Learn about and use some of the healing tools offered in the four books mentioned in this post, The Amazing Benefits of Meditation , The Meditation Book, The Mindfulness Book, and the newest book, The Manifestation Book . All are available at Amazon Books.Learn to meditate. Learn to meditate. Learn to meditate. The Amazing Benefits of Meditation discusses how much scientific research has been done on this subject and points to many human conditions that respond positively to meditation. Heart disease, mental illness, dementia and hundreds of other maladies respond positively to meditation.

Develop a plan for yourself that suits you and your way of doing things. Consider expanding out a bit beyond your comfort zone to seek out alternatives that can supplement traditional medical treatment. Be proactive and get help from others to negotiate your condition.

I’m Sad This 4th of July. What to Do?

I’m sad for my country this 4th of July. I think that is unfortunate that so many people are in so much pain that we have become a country of two tribes. I have been shocked that there are so many people who feel so angry, disenfranchised, and threatened by the way things are unfolding in this collective we call the United States of America. And daily, it seems, we are becoming more and more the Divided States of America.

Our Uncivil War

We are already in the midst of a Civil War. An “Uncivil” War to be more accurate. This is a war that is being fought on mental and emotional planes, more than on the physical — though physical violence is on the rise, too. We shout at each other daily with the potent weapons of insults and hate.

One would think that because I grew up in the South I would not be boggled by this type of warfare. Keeping black people down was a preoccupation by much of white society. Fear, hate, meanness, accentuation of differences, and even lynching bubbled beneath the surface constantly. Especially in the lower white strata who felt most threatened by a black family having the temerity to move into their neighborhoods. I knew Ku Klux Klan members.

But the current hate culture is worse. It’s out in the open. It’s not polite but venomous. The expression of the pain that the Trumpers feel is palpable and dangerous, egged on by leaders who have abandoned democracy for despotism. This is nothing new, of course. The current set of ideas are spawns of the strategy of political division hatched by the toadies that surrounded Richard Nixon in his effort to keep power at any cost.

Republicans have not, in my opinion, gamed out the likely consequences of the direction they want to take us. The backlash of a truly stolen election in 2024 and the embrace of dictatorship will be huge. It will dwarf the backlash now occurring over stolen women’s rights. A majority of us will not put up with the rule of a mean and nasty minority. Our current Uncivil War will intensify, and a major cleansing will be needed to repair the damage. The military may determine the outcome.

Our Pain

We on the left are pained and flummoxed by the pain of those on the right. We strive to understand, with the hope of unlocking the door that will turn the tide. And our own pain, especially among those whose ancestors came to this country unwillingly, remains unaddressed. We long for equal opportunity and the ability to pursue our lives in tranquility.

Even the pain of the most fortunate of us looms large behind sheltered walls and in gilded restaurants. The fear of the desires for equality of the “unwashed masses” results in their hoarding of resources and opportunity from the rest of us.

In addition, the reptilian brain and its quest for survival amidst the backdrop of a world that seems to be falling apart is making us all a bit crazy. There is no way not to notice that our very survival is at risk and that the next 50 years are going to be very difficult for our entire species. Especially for those who have to move to another country to avoid drought and rising sea levels. The forces currently at play, if taken to their logical outcome, are not in our favor.

A Glimmer of Hope

Is there a glimmer of hope? Of course. But we must be willing to dig deep and transform ourselves. We must, for example, begin to see that the survival of each of us is dependent on the survival of all of us. If there is nothing that the pandemic taught us, it’s the message of the oneness of humankind. The dinosaurs succumbed to a disaster, it seems, not of their making. The disaster looming on our horizon is one of our own making.

I advocate for a soft landing. One that will force each of us to examine, individually and collectively, who we are and what we really want. Unfortunately, we as Americans and as humans are not very skilled at such self-examination. This will require that we dig deep and open our hearts and minds to each other. It will require a commitment to societal peace rather than Uncivil War. A willingness to value our commonality over our differences. And leaders willing to be servant leaders rather than rulers and controllers.

The optimistic part of me thinks that perhaps what’s currently going is a good thing. That part thinks that the expression of rage is what is needed. That the voicing of anger in a public way is better than just keeping it tamped down in the national subconscious mind. Perhaps the recognition that we have hit bottom is the beginning of the desire for recovery ala Alcoholics Anonymous. The pessimistic part of myself is not so sure.

As long as the extreme religious right is intent on imposing its will on the rest of us and the extreme woke left insists that its values are the only way, the Uncivil War will continue. We need to grow up and heal this rift. If we don’t the energy around this conflict will drive itself deep down into our subconscious minds and will take generations to heal.

Some Options

The adults in the broad middle must begin to insist on political maturity of its representatives and that those on the extremes grow up or risk be marginalized. Bullies cannot be allowed to run the show.

To live by the ideals of Jesus would be true Christianity. Encouraging harm to others and brandishing guns in church is not. His vision of humanity waking up to the notion that we are all God’s Children is my vision as well. Buddha’s lessons and techniques for transforming suffering into enlightenment are ones I have taken to heart. It will be by this way of living that we may survive

As for me, I will continue to repeat this mantra over and over when I take my puppy for a run — “Illuminate, elevate consciousness in my USA — North, South, East, and West”.

Ukraine: The New Epicenter of Democracy. Thank You, Thank You Thank You

The Ukrainian desire for self-determination is indomitable. Against what was described as one of the world’s finest military machines. Fortunately, the Russian army has proven to be nothing more than a bully, an empty shell of what was feared. And the Ukrainians have been amazing in their ability to defend themselves, with the help of the rest of the world.

The Spirit of the Ukrainians have inspired us all and we owe thanks to them for at least the following four lessons that we can learn from.

1. Self Determination is a Precious, Fragile Thing

Self-determination is precious beyond compare. Once tasted the desire for freedom from domination by another group whose desire is to repress and destroy that freedom is enormous. For the most part,, people prefer democracy and a chance to participate in their own governance.

Yet democracy is fragile. It can be swept away by bullies from without who are bigger and more powerful. And it can be swept away by bullies from within. Putin and his military are a good example of such a bully. Bigger, stronger, “badder”, and intent on having their way no matter how evil they have to become to do so. And Russia has a history of terrible leadership of a kind that stretches back centuries from Ivan the Terrible, to Katherine the Great, to Lenin, to Stalin, to Putin.

And bullies in the United States came very close to turning this country into a dictatorship of a similar type. And are still trying to do so. Attempting to gain power by any means. A minority bent on imposing its will on the majority and willing to throw away our 250-year-old democracy in the process.

If we lose our individual and group self-determination, a titanic struggle will ensue to get it back. But the levers of power will be in the hands of the ruthless. It will require an internal battle of the fierceness kind and determination of the Ukrainians are showing to resist being overtaken.

2.  Perhaps the End of Imperialism is Upon Us

Imperialism is defined as a policy or ideology of extending the rule or authority of one country over other countries. While historians argue about when imperialism began, groups of humans have been trying to rule others by force for as long as one clan wanted the hunting grounds of another. Prewritten history, certainly. The imperial empires of Genghis Khan, the Roman emperors, and British monarchs are among the most memorable.

The attempt by Putin, which seems destined for failure, to extend its authority over Ukraine may be the last such attempt. I certainly hope so. As a species, the desire for such domination may have run its course. Not that there won’t be attempts by individuals with a lust for power and “glory” in the future but the ground will be less fertile.

The arc of history may be bending toward a more humane, cooperative humanity. Especially in the face of the challenges that are in our near future: global warming and the attendant natural disasters that have already been set in motion, famine and food shortages in all but the most developed of countries, and COVID type diseases that will require annual or semi-annual vaccines, to name a few.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and his team, have taken our breath away in their ability to lead and inspire a nation and a world. Such leadership is rare but is based on one fundamental premise. A desire on the part of the leader to serve all of his/her constituents with full attention to their needs.

This type of leadership is called, in circles of those that study such things, “servant” leadership. The Center for Servant Leadership uses this definition: “A servant-leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong. While traditional leadership generally involves the accumulation and exercise of power by one at the “top of the pyramid,” servant leadership is different. The servant-leader shares power puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.”

Servant leaders:

Encourage diversity of thoughtCreate a culture of trust.Have an unselfish mindset.Foster leadership in others.

Zelenskyy does all of these, it seems. Such leadership is sorely needed in these times. In any time, for that matter. And if governance is performed by the right kind of leaders the outcome can be almost magical. It gives credence to the sometimes empty saying, “You can do anything if you put your mind to it”.

4.  The Seeds of Desire to be Free are Being Planted by Ukrainians All Over the World

Literally.  Nearly 5 million freedom-loving Ukrainians are being disbursed all over the world carrying the seeds of their desire for peace and freedom. Many will eventually return but they will impact their host communities immeasurably in the meantime. And some will not return as they find a new home wherever they are welcomed and nurtured.

Ukraine adopted a democratic constitution in 1996 but it wasn’t until 2014 that they overthrew their elected but autocratic leader, Viktor Yanukovych. It’s only been 8 years since they have tasted what a free society is like, and it appears they will stop at nothing to prevent being put back into that box. Perhaps their example will prove to be “an idea whose time has come” to other countries flirting with a drift toward authoritarianism. Including the United States.

As we look forward to the end of this war, likely to be a near-complete victory for Ukraine, there will be the issue of helping Ukraine put itself back together. Cities like Mariupol, which is almost completely destroyed will have to be totally rebuilt. This will require funding and cooperation from all the countries now contributing to their survival and then some. This will not be an easy task and will require a sustained cooperative international effort. A precursor to what will be needed to address the other major crises facing us in the near future (see above).

In the meantime, Putin will be gone sooner or later and will be relegated to the ash heap of history where the bones of Hitler and Pol Pot are buried.

Easter. Celebration of Christ Consciousness

In recent years I have come to appreciate Easter more than ever. As a celebration of Christ Consciousness.

Whatever you think about Jesus it is easy to accept that, based on his words, he was/is a Planetary Master Teacher. One of the most conscious, aware and enlightened historical figures of our species. And a teacher of Christ Consciousness.

Christ Consciousness

It was he that so eloquently spoke of the “Kingdom Within” — one great expression of the definition of that level of awareness that can be called Christ Consciousness. One that comes from making Soul contact, contact with that “Kingdom”, most easily through meditation.  More about this in my book “The Meditation Book”.

In Luke 17:2 in the Bible Jesus says, “for, behold, the Kingdom of God (or Heaven, as is sometimes translated) is within you” in response to the Pharisees asking when the Kingdom of God will come.

Who Has Had Christ Consciousness?

I used to think that Jesus was to only one who could be called “Christ”, a title reserved for, according to the Greek word χριστός (chrīstós), an “anointed one”. (Which became equated with “Messiah”). But I have come to recognize that “anointed one” is most closely equated with Enlightened One. Of which there have been many: Krishna, Buddha, Mohammed, Lao Tzu, Ghandi, and other Master Teachers.

And that we all have a “Kingdom Within”, Spirit, Higher Consciousness, with which we too can become Enlightened. Every Suzie has the potential to become Suzie Christ.

So let’s celebrate Christ Consciousness this Sunday. And hope that we may all become Enlightened through our recognition of our own Christ Within. (Which is, in a cosmic sense, the destiny of us all at some time in some realm).

How to Deal with Anxiety and Stress TODAY

Anxiety. The heart races, the thoughts tumble too fast to process, the anticipation of the next moment, hour, or day causes worry or worse, dread. Inner turmoil. Stress. We all have these experiences in one way or another. And some more than others.

Fear

At the core of anxiety is fear. Fear of the mistakes we made in the past. Fear of future outcomes. Especially the imagining of the worst outcomes. Fear has dogged us since the days when the night creatures lurked around the caves we inhabited and the fires we built for protection.

Though we have come to dominate the planet, fear is still what causes us to act more like wild animals at times than the dominant species we are. Fear of death, fear of being called out, fear of pain of every stripe, fear of being alone.

Fear is one element of what Buddha described as human “suffering”, which we all experience in our human condition in our own unique way.

Why is this?

From the time we emerge from the womb, a scary experience in itself, we are taught to be wary of the big, bad world we are born into. We hear “It’s a Dog eat dog world out there” and “Only the strong survive”. And our minds, fueled by the emotional threat underlying these notions, latch onto them and they become the conscious and subconscious motivators for much of our behavior.

Sad, but true. And the clues of the truth of this are all around us. Passed on by our parents and their struggle to survive and thrive. And emphasized by the lessons we learn at school from our teachers training us how to get ahead and compete with our peers. And other children themselves, who are often mean to each other.

It’s no wonder we end up confused and fearful about the present and about the future.

“Fear Not”

I know this all sounds pretty bleak, but I’d like to offer another perspective. And some tools for dealing with anxiety. One of my favorite teachers, Joel Goldsmith, 20th Century mystic and author, puts it this way, “When we stop to think about it, we cannot help but realize that everything in the world that we have ever feared is external to our own being, whether it is a person or an army, whether bullets or poison, climate, weather or storms. The first secret that we learn in meditation, the very first revelation that comes to us, is that all power is within us and that there is no external power that can act on us.”

He goes on to make the point, which I wholeheartedly endorse, that if we are to live a fearless life that has to come from within.

Here’s a personal story about that. My Soul, my Higher Consciousness, speaks to me from time to time when I am in an elevated state of awareness. Here’s what it said about fear when I was worrying about the house we were trying to buy:

There is nothing to be afraid of. I am with you every step of the way. And, in fact, I am out in front, paving the way for you. Don’t be afraid. It just stops up the flow of Spirit energy through your system and into your world. Hang in there. It only gets better. You’re going to be fine. Better than fine.

Let me give you a few tools to use to combat fear and anxiety.

Tool #1—Sit Down Meditation.

Sit-down meditation is usually practiced sitting in a chair, or on a meditation cushion. Though it can be done almost anywhere, at any time. In its simplest form, sit-down meditation is done by observing the breath as it comes in and goes out. One technique, which I mentioned before, involves breathing in for 5 seconds and out for 10. This tells the brain that we are “safe”.

This technique sounds easy, but it is not. Why? Because the human mind is a chatterbox, constantly abuzz and commenting on everything we experience, and buzzes loudest when things get quiet. As a result, most meditation techniques concentrate on mind training as a central focus of their process.

An alternative technique is my new process called Higher Consciousness Meditation. It’s a simple, easy, quick and effective method I have developed (see my book The Meditation Book), that is suitable for beginners and experts. The technique focuses on direct contact with our Higher Selves, our Souls, by bypassing and transcending the mind. I like to call this Meditation 2.0. The link for the book and the technique is available below.

Tool #2–Mindfulness Techniques

The practice of mindfulness meditation can be done in as little as 6 seconds, standing or sitting, as I describe in my book, The Mindfulness Book. One of my favorites is an easy mindfulness exercise that can be done by simply taking a deep breath, saying to yourself “Peace, Be Still”. And then pausing to feel the effects of the exercise. Almost immediately, most people feel a lifting of their spirits and become more relaxed.

Here’s another quick mindfulness exercise to say to yourself when you are feeling anxious. “I am an Eternal Being. All is right with the world.” Put this on a notecard and keep it in your pocket. Pull it out when that feeling of distress comes up. And remember to breathe. 5 seconds in, 10 seconds out.

Additional Benefits of Meditation

I hope that I have made the point that meditation has many benefits. Especially against stress, anxiety and some forms of ill-health. And it’s so easy to do. Using a few meditation exercises to get started can really help. Making it a regular habit can help even more. And the news gets even better.

The same body of scientific research that meditation helps with difficult mental, emotional and physical conditions shows that there are many positive outcomes from meditation, as well. It:

Improves focus and concentration Gives you mental strength and emotional intelligenceIncreases your feelings of compassion and happiness Promotes inner peace, love, joy, aliveness and gratitude

A Healing Meditation for Ukraine TODAY

I have updated my article on doing a healing meditation for Ukraine.  And developed a YouTube video, my first on my Higher Consciousness Channel.  Go to this link to see it:  Meditation for Ukraine.

Please go to see it and let me know in the comments what you think.  I would really appreciate your feedback.

People are asking “What can I do about Ukraine?” A healing meditation is needed. It is clear that the survival of the small, democratic nation of Ukraine is at risk. Russia is about to unleash the full might of its lethal military on Ukraine’s cities. It is also clear that many of the people of the world observing this are feeling powerless.

Early this morning I awoke feeling a strong need to do a healing meditation on the situation, not knowing what to do exactly.

Guided Meditation Steps

1. I began by doing the Higher Consciousness Meditation process I have developed, and written about, to get myself in the right frame of mind and receptivity to the promptings of my Higher Self. After coming to the end of that meditation, I had reached a state of consciousness that was ready. (Use any meditation process you are familiar with, including silent prayer, to put yourself into a quiet, peaceful state of mind.)

Step 2 Holy of Holies

2. Next, I was first prompted to call Vladimir Putin, Joe Biden, Volodymyr Zelensky, other world leaders, the Russian military, the people of Russia, and the people of Ukraine into my Holy of Holies for a  moment of healing I said, “I ask the Higher Selves of everyone involved to join me this morning to work on healing the situation in Ukraine. Each of us is an Eternal Being whose motives and intentions may differ from the motives and intentions of our human selves. Let’s take a moment to be at peace with each other and to remember who we really are, putting aside our human desires and intentions.” I paused for a few moments in silence and then took an unprompted deep breath which signals that Spirit has taken over. I then brought the session to a close.

(We all have a Holy of Holies that lies within, of infinitely flexible size, to do inner work with individual people or groups. Use my words or use your own. Just take care to address the Higher Selves of all involved to work on the healing needed.)

Step 3 Best Possible Outcome

3. Next, I used my Best Possible Outcomes (BPO) process and said to my Higher Self, my Soul, “Higher Consciousness, I ask for the best possible outcome for everyone involved, for this war vibration that’s going on in Ukraine”. I then paused and caught another sacred breath. Spirit engaged. “Thank you very much for your involvement”.

(This simple process, which can be used for anything you want to manifest, has several key elements. Address this “ask” to your Higher Self, Spirit within. Ask for a non-specific but best possible outcome for the situation to not insert your human solution into the mix. Request the best possible outcome for everyone involved. Pause to look for a signal that Spirit has engaged—a breath, a sense, a “click”. Trust that Spirit will unfold that which is needed for the best outcome. And finish with a “Thank you for your Soul and for Spirit’s involvement”, turning the matter over to Spirit.)

Spirit’s Message About Healing

I then paused for a moment to see if there was any more to be done. These words came, “You know, there are many who are observing and working on what’s going on in Ukraine because of the worldwide implications. There are those who work on planetary issues from This Side (meaning 5-Dimensional Reality), who work on inner levels to maintain maximum harmony on the planet.

They are happy that you are working on this and that you are a conduit for spiritual energy intended to uplift this situation. Also, there are lightworkers like yourself all over the planet who are working on this, as well. Mostly, they are unaffiliated individuals who bring their elevated consciousness and various talents to help as best as they can in situations needing healing. Your work combines with theirs to bring Light into the dark places humanity sometimes gets into.”

I have to say that this inner prompting blew me away. It was gratifying to hear that I was part of a sizeable group of embodied and disembodied spiritual beings that work on planetary issues. And that my small effort is part of a larger effort to avert disaster in Ukraine.

Participate In Healing

I invite you who are lightworkers, spiritual warriors and humanitarians to use this guided meditation to add your healing ability to the concern that we all share for Ukraine and its people. And to forgive the aggressor troops, many of whom don’t even know what they are fighting for.

Many of us are asking, “What can I, an individual far from the conflict, do?”

Using these meditation techniques is one thing you can do to bring your considerable light and spiritual understanding to help this situation.

Other Things We Can Do to Help Ukraine

Other things we can do:

Find out more about the ideas presented in this article by going to Amazon Books and pick up copies of The Meditation Book and The Manifestation Book by Blair Abee. I will donate 100% of the royalties from the sale of all of my books during the month of March.Watch the news with Sacred Eyes. By that I mean put yourself in a meditative state before engaging with images on the screen. View the information you are observing by radiating your light outward into the situation rather than absorbing and amplifying the terrible human scene that is unfolding into your psyche.Talk to others about these ideas and share this information with them to amplify the spiritual power you are bringing to bear.Donate money to groups like the International Rescue Committee which is on the ground helping receive the traumatized refugees into Poland or to Chef Jose Andres’ World Central Kitchen which is there providing meals for the arriving refugees.

Blessed Be.

Healing Meditation Needed for Ukraine

A healing meditation is needed. The drumbeat of war in Ukraine is heating up and Russia just announced recognition of occupied areas of Ukraine. Early this morning I awoke feeling a strong need to do a healing meditation on the situation, not knowing what to do exactly.

The Steps

I began by doing my Higher Consciousness Meditation process (see The Meditation Book) to get myself in the right frame of mind and receptivity to the promptings of my Higher Self. After coming to the end of the process, I had reached a state of consciousness that was ready.

I was first prompted to call Vladimir Putin, Joe Biden, and Volodymyr Zelensky into my Holy of Holies for a healing. I said, “I have asked your Higher Selves to join me this morning in order to work on healing the situation in Ukraine. Each of us is an Eternal Being whose motives and intentions may differ from the motives and intentions of our human selves. Let’s take a moment to be at peace with each other and to remember who we really are and put aside our human desires and intentions.” I paused for a few moments, took an unprompted deep breath which signals that Spirit has taken over, and then brought the session to a close.

I then used my Best Possible Outcomes (BPO) process (see The Manifestation Book) and said to my Higher Self, “HiC, I ask for the best possible outcome, for everyone involved, for this war vibration that’s going on in Ukraine”. I then paused again and caught a sacred breath again. Spirit engaged. “Thank you very much for your involvement”. (By the way, you can use this BPO process for anything you would like to manifest in your life. Be non-specific about what you want and turn the ”ask” over to Spirit to let Spirit unfold your request in whatever manner It wants to.)

Message from Spirit

HiC then said, “You know, there are many who are observing and working on what’s going on in Ukraine because of the worldwide implications. There are those who work on planetary issues from This Side (meaning 5-Dimensional Reality) who work on inner levels to maintain the maximum harmony on the planet. They are happy that you are working on this and that you are a conduit for spiritual energy intended to uplift this situation. Also, there are lightworkers like yourself all over the planet who are working on this, as well. Mostly, they are unaffiliated individuals who bring their elevated consciousness and various talents to help as best as they can as situations needing healing to occur. Your work combines with theirs to bring Light into the dark places humanity sometimes gets into.”

I have to say that HiC’s message blew me away. It was gratifying to hear that I was part of a sizeable group of embodied and disembodied spiritual beings that work on planetary issues. And that my small effort is part of a larger effort to avert disaster in Ukraine.

An Invitation

I am mindful that the message is this post may sound a bit “woo woo” to some. And that I have no tangible proof for what I am saying. Nevertheless, I trust my Higher Self and the healing skills I/we have been developing. And invite any who are motivated by this post to join us for the healing of the human desire to dominate others.

Will you join me/us to do your bit to work on inner levels for transformation?

5 Significant Benefits of Meditation You Need Now

Let’s first address one of the major benefits of meditation–lessening stress. Stress, that feeling of agitation familiar to all of us in response to the pressures of daily, modern life is awful, pure and simple.

These are stressful times. The pandemic is just beginning to abate but still looms large. The United States is in the throes of political division and strife, and Global Warming is an existential threat.

Sound familiar? And then there’s the stress of our day-to-day lives. It takes a toll. A toll many of us can relate to. That’s where meditation comes it—stress reduction in our daily lives. The first major benefit.

The Impact of Stress

The second benefit is also stress-related—the health benefit. According to Charles L. Raison, MD, clinical director of the Mind-Body Program at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, “It’s hard to think of an illness in which stress and mood don’t figure,” Raison is quoted as having said at WebMD.“ We know stress is a contributor to all the major modern killers:

CancerChronic lower respiratory diseasesHeart diseaseDementiaStroke (cerebrovascular diseases)New (or new strains of) infectious diseases (vulnerable to weak immune systems)Intentional self-harm (suicide)”

According to author Hanna Braime, “Stress and anxiety wreak havoc with our immune system, leaving us susceptible to all kinds of nasties—particularly during the winter. Developing a regular meditation practice reduces the amount of stress-related chemicals in our body and also leaves us less likely to turn to unhealthy coping strategies to deal with the stress.”

Dr. Raison led a study that showed that meditation significantly improves both physical and emotional responses to stress. In the study, people who meditated daily for six weeks showed less activation of their immune systems and less emotional upset when they were then put into a stressful situation. Physiologically, one reason for the improvement in these situations is that meditation “…reduces cortisol levels (the body’s natural stress hormone) This leads to lower levels of stress and a greater sense of well-being.

We only have to examine the significant increase in people using anti-anxiety medication in recent years for proof of the impact of stress on the U.S. population and the “epidemic” of the use of hard drugs caused by modern lifestyles. In contrast, Stanford University researcher Emma Seppälä found that, “Meditation allows people to take charge of their own nervous system and emotions….Studies have shown improved ability to [permanently] regulate emotions in the brain.”

Here are the results of a few more studies about the health benefits. Meditation:

Decreases stress according to Psychology Today’s issue on Stress.Effects genes that control stress and immunity, Bloomberg, NCBI, American Psychosomatic Medicine Journal, Journal of International Society of PsychoneuroendocrinologyStrengthens the immune system weakened by stress, leaving us less susceptible to all kinds of illness, particularly during the winter ((study 3) and (study 4)).Benefit 3: Rest and Relaxation

For some period of time, however brief a meditation we might undertake, the ego/body/mind disconnects from the three-dimensional reality that is our human lives. This pause allows us to return to our natural state of peace and well-being before returning to the stress-inducing world each of us lives in.

Just 6 minutes, twice a day, as outlined in my book The Meditation Book, generate an experience of peace and well-being. My Higher Consciousness Meditation process is a fabulous way to begin your day in the right frame of mind before rushing out of the door for morning tasks or before traffic madness takes over. A second sit-down meditation before going to bed will result in a night of more restful sleep.

In addition, you can use 6-second mindfulness exercises throughout the day to reinforce the respite that comes with a morning meditation. For example, just taking a Sacred Breath, breathing in and allowing Spirit to flow into your consciousness, pausing, then letting Spirit radiate out to your world on the out-breath, can instantly put you into a moment of peace that can calm you for an hour.

Increased Creativity (Benefit 4)

According to the research Deepak Chopra has done, “Meditators experience more Alpha brain waves, which are associated with creativity and aha moments. It’s been my experience that meditation gives us the ability to be fully real, present, connected and heart-directed in every area of our lives. As a consequence, we can reach greater levels of performance, creativity, intuition and higher-order thinking.

Benefit 5: Soul Contact

For those interested in such things, Higher Consciousness Meditation is intended to put you in touch with the Spirit that lies within each of us. And when Spirit, Eternal Life Force, Buddha Mind, Christ Consciousness, or whatever you want to call it, enters into that moment of now that uplifts our state of mind. Our vibration and our sense of well-being increases.

While pausing for a moment or a few moments, our higher-level vibratory senses are activated: calm, clarity, confidence, and lightness. The stranglehold of stress is loosened. After doing this for a few days or weeks, a more frequent sense of peace amid the chaos seems possible. The spell of the human experience is broken.

Higher Consciousness Meditation is a great coping mechanism, pure and simple. It is a way to help combat the incidence of stress and its effects.

Conclusion

I love it that science is studying and documenting the benefits of mediation. We all owe Jon Kabat-Zinn and his fellow scientists at the University of Massachusetts, a vote of thanks for the work they have done to show, through the scientific method, the proof of concept beyond the anecdotal evidence that has come down to us for centuries. Every few months,

it seems, they push out the boundaries of the field into new discoveries and validations. While the steps seem slow and incremental, they are laying the foundation for what I think is a transformation in the way we as humans, experience our lives. A transformation that is evolutionary and will allow us to grow into our new selves as people and as a species.

This latter point was highlighted in a report done by CBS Evening News. CBS News confirmed what we have all heard. Religious services continue to be attended less and less by the U.S. population. More and more people are saying “I’m Spiritual, not religious”.

The most interesting thing that was said in this piece is that about 53% of adults in this country said that they experienced peace and well-being at least once per month and that today the figure is 60%. I was amazed. I would have thought the percentage to be closer to 20 than 60. Lots of folks are having at least a glimpse into what I like to call Five- Dimensional Reality, that Place that we all know, where peace and well-being live. Where the experience of peace and well-being is a common occurrence.

This shows to me that we are in fact evolving as a species, and perhaps faster than any of us are aware. Into a new species increasingly comfortable with higher vibrational experiences: love, peace, joy, happiness and the like.

Meditation has contributed much to this development in human consciousness.

Why It Matters Who God Is

That God is not a superhuman creator and controller of the Universe (See Part 1) but The ALL, the Entirety of Eternity is an important distinction.

Conclusions and Principles

What conclusions might we draw, what use principles might we derive from concluding that God is The ALL, the source, energy and substance of all that is, and is available to be experienced as all power, everywhere present, and all-knowing?. I propose that the conclusions that we can draw from the Isness of The ALL and its qualities are profound. These are conclusions that stand our understanding of the human condition and the meaning of life on Planet Earth on its head.

The Most Profound Implication

The most profound implication is that if The ALL is present everywhere, then The ALL is present in us. Is us. And that we are One with It. That we are of the same energy and substance as The All. And we are more than biomechanical vehicles with a central processor brain that constantly drones on and on about its observations and its frantic concern for the past and the future.

Instead, as energy sparks of The ALL, we are Spirit inhabiting the body vehicle. Eternal Beings, just waiting to be freed of the bounds of the ego/body/ mind by the realization of who and what we are. Sons and daughters of The ALL.

Our Master Teachers Taught Us This

This is what all of our Master Teachers have tried to tell us, Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed, Lau Tzu, Martin Luther King. They have all said something akin to these words from Mohammed, “Thou art a mortal being, And thou art the Eternal One. Know thyself, through the light of wisdom. Except Thee there exists none.” None but The ALL.

Or as Robert Browning put it, “There is an inmost center in us all, where truth abides in fullness;….and, to know, consists in opening out a way where the imprisoned splendor may escape, than in effecting entry for a light (we have) supposed to be without.”

Illumination is Available

If we can find this inmost center where the imprisoned splendor resides then we can know “The Kingdom of Heaven” of which Jesus speaks. And can become as our Elder Brothers were—loving, peaceful, joyful, divinely intelligent, capable of healing ourselves and others, and Illumined. We can become Illumined in this lifetime, depending on how skillful we are at negotiating the Path and how rapidly we can raise our vibration through whatever spiritual practice we undertake.

Not that we won’t struggle and experience hard times until we’ve grown sufficiently. However, learning to go Within where the imprisoned splendor lies, daily, is an accomplishment of a lifetime. And can be extremely helpful in coping with our daily lives.

We will become more loving, peaceful, joyful, divinely intelligent, capable of healing, and Illumined and our daily lives will become more full of the kinds of people, things, and circumstances we desire. While lower-level experiences begin to melt away.

Making Soul Contact

This imprisoned splendor is, to my way of thinking, who and what the Soul is. Our individualized spark of The ALL that is the personal source of our life force and our partner throughout our Earthly journey. With which we are also One, and which waits patiently for us to recognize it and turn to it for the significant upgrade in awareness and quality of life that Soul Contact brings.

Experiencing The ALL and making Soul Contact is the purpose of my book The Meditation Book. In it, I offer a unique meditation process called Higher Consciousness Meditation (HCM) that is designed for just this purpose. And bypasses traditional meditation methods that focus on mind training, an arduous path for many people.

Health Benefits

Learning to relax, rest in Spirit’s loving arms, develop and enjoy contact with your Higher Consciousness, and view life from an elevated perspective is perhaps the greatest benefit of knowing and experiencing The ALL

In addition, the ability to relax, to destress, leads to a benefit that scientific research has established—the lessening of physical, mental, and emotional conditions and disease. (Which I explore in great depth in my book The Amazing Benefits of Meditation.)

According to Charles L. Raison, MD, clinical director of the Mind-Body Program at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. “It’s hard to think of an illness in which stress and mood don’t figure,” Raison is quoted as having said at WebMD. “We know stress is a contributor to all the major modern killers:

Author Hanna Braime concurs, “Stress and anxiety wreak havoc with our immune system, leaving us susceptible to all kinds of nasties—particularly during the winter. Developing a regular meditation practice reduces the amount of stress-related chemicals in our body and also leaves us less likely to turn to unhealthy coping strategies to deal with the stress.”

In over 3000 studies, meditation has been shown to have a positive impact on the incidence of and severity of:

CancerChronic lower respiratory diseasesHeart diseaseDementiaStroke (cerebrovascular diseases)New (or new strains of) infectious diseases (which attack weak immune systems)Intentional self-harm (suicide)”And many more conditionsBest Possible Outcomes In All Areas of Life

Furthermore, as we begin to reach higher levels of consciousness we vibrate at a higher frequency. Higher personal vibrations will “attract” higher vibration outcomes in life. Said more accurately, higher vibrations “beget” higher vibrational outcomes according to the Law of Attraction. I like the latter expression because it shows that there is a powerful cause and effect relationship between that which is going on Within and the outcomes “without”, out there in the world. This is what is meant by the idea that you create your own reality.

Higher vibrations in any area of life will beget higher vibrational versions of the same: people, places, things, resources, experiences, feelings, thoughts. A significant second benefit from knowing The All and your Soul.

And it is possible, by learning to properly involve our Soul/Spirit in our lives, to improve the quality of our lives and create abundance. The key is “asking” properly with the Highest Possible Outcome process I have developed and present in my newest book The Manifestation Book. BPOs are addressed to our Souls, ask for the Best Possible Outcome around any particular concern we might have, and leave the specifics to Spirit to work out for us.

Buddha on Creating Our Own Reality

My research shows that Gautama Buddha was one of the first to assert the idea of creating our own reality when he said, “All that we are is the result of what we have thought; it is founded on our thoughts; it is made up of our thoughts. A man’s life is the direct result of his thoughts… We are what we think. All that we are arises from our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.”

To Buddha’s teaching, I would add that the sum of our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual vibrations contributes to the “cloud” that surrounds each of us, an aura. This cloud is made up a swirl of energy that begets the good and the bad in our lives, based on our thoughts, feelings, actions, karma, and spiritual beliefs. This cloud creates our own unique, individualized universe. Our lives, then, are the “out-picturing” of the vibrations we embody in perfect conformity with the Law of Attraction.

Conclusion

Proper knowledge, and experience, of who and what God (the All) is perhaps the most important thing to understand in all of human existence. Not just an understanding of the nature of The ALL (the Who and the What). But, also, the application of that understanding to our daily lives as Soul Contact with Spirit—the force that animates the Universe. And It’s potential for infusing and improving our lives.

The Meditation Book, which teaches Soul Contact, is available in e-book version for $.99 until Friday.  Great deal.

Who/What is God & Why it Matters

It matters very much who or what God is. The answer to these questions is the crux of elevated awareness and spirituality. The misunderstanding of which can take us in the wrong understanding of who and what we are. As well as what this world, our Planet Earth is all about. On the other hand, a correct understanding opens up a whole new world.

The question of “who God is” has concerned us since the time we, as a species, came to formulate the concept of God. From many gods to one God. From an exacting judge to a Father to a divine, Intelligent Universal cradle out of which everything is birthed and continues to unfold. This question challenges everyone interested in delving into the nature and substance of existence.

7 Myths About God

I had a traditional upbringing and a Lutheran religious affiliation. I remember asking questions about what God was but only getting vague or rote answers with did not seem very well thought through. I eventually stopped asking but hear about God fairly frequently, though not as frequently as Jesus. From that time as well as since I have heard descriptions of God that sounded more like myths than anything substantial.

In recent years, since I have taken a deep dive into my meditation practice, and deepened my understanding of the Universe I have come to realize that my upbringing was not very accurate to what I have come to know about God in recent years. Here are some of the erroneous things I have heard and read about God:

Myth 1: God is a Supreme Being. A super being with the power to create and destroy. A man, usually, that sits on a throne in Paradise and rules the Universe. Almost like the being that bestows life on Adam in the Sistine Chapel. This God is Omnipresent, Omnipotent and Omniscient—Everywhere, All-Powerful and All-Seeing,Myth 2: God punishes and rewards. This supreme being is said to reward some and punish others. Usually rewarding the ‘good” and punishing the ‘bad’ (but not always). But not always because “he” works in mysterious ways. In addition he has a keen interest in people and what we are up to, including visiting upon us “acts of God” which we can’t always understand because he “works in mysterious ways.”Myth 3: A prayer Santa Claus. This God will also reward people who pray properly. Much like a Santa Claus who rewards good little girls and boys when they ask, cajole, bargain, or otherwise pray “just right”. Again, because he works in mysterious ways it is not easy to understand why those things asked for don’t appear. Maybe because we are not good enough or our prayers are amiss.Myth 4: God is a part of a Trinity of Father, Son (said to be Jesus and only Jesus) and Holy Ghost. Three in One. Again a mysterious formula shrouded in mystery. And that the Word of God, some said the infallible Word of God, can only be found in the Judeo Christian Bible.Myth 5: A Father God who loves us all rather than a vengeful God partial to one group of people or another. This version of God is closer to the Truth and was made famous by Jesus of Nazareth. And was so radical a departure from the conventional understanding of God that it got him killed.Myth 6: Also worth mentioning is the notion that some of our Master Teachers were gods. Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed, Kwan Yin, Krishna, Lao Tzu, and others are viewed as so far above the rest of us that none of us could equal their spiritual achievements. It has even been claimed that even some political leaders were gods—pharaohs, Roman Emperors, and certain Kings and Queens.Myth 7: And lastly, the idea that God is dead, or that there is no such thing as God, rounds out the list of 7.My Journey to Understanding My Truths

I would like to offer my own understanding of who and what God is, and address each one of these myths. This is something I have been interested in my whole life but have delved into intensively in the past 6 years. I grew up in a Lutheran/Christian church whose founder upended the domination of the Catholic Church in the early 1500s by saying that people could have their own direct experience of God rather than having to go through a priest. However, Martin Luther’s understanding of who and what God is did not change, just the ability to contact God directly without an intercessor.

I was pretty fervent in my belief in such a God until I went to college and had my beliefs shaken by the expanded worldview with which I was presented, including an alternative view of my religion. And I concluded that the whole religious belief system I had accepted unquestioningly was baloney, made up and of no direct value to me. I became an agnostic.

In recent years, my deep dive into my meditation practice, including my development of a new meditation process called Higher Consciousness Meditation has led me to my current understanding. This,, along with the revisiting of my former beliefs from a different perspective, has led me to draw conclusions about “God” that I think are useful to the ongoing.

My 7 “Truths” About GodTruth 1: There is no Supreme Being sitting on a throne somewhere directing the events of the Universe. Instead, I have come to know God as the ongoing unfolding of the Universe in the direction of expansion, growth, and evolution. Started, in this Universe, by the Big Bang and continuing to this very moment.

Eternity, preceding the Big Bang, emerges moment by moment in its own way, out of nothing in an orderly fashion. Although no word or phrase can capture this phenomenon, I like to use the word The ALL, instead of God, to try and capture it. And the one thing I know, from direct experience, is that The ALL “is”. Is. In this moment, the only time there is. Actually, I prefer the term “Isness” because it denotes Eternity in this moment, endlessly containing the energy of the past and the future.

My human mind cannot encompass this. It wants to return to “God”. But it’s my experience in meditation, where my mind stops its chatter, that I know this to be true. And I know this “Isness” because I “am”, because I exist, because I am conscious of my own existence. You, I, we are the leading edge of this “Isness” as it unfolds.

The ALL generates an energy that pervades the Universe and causes it to unfold. This energy I like to call Spirit. Some call it Love. It’s the energy that unfolds the Universe In the direction of growth and evolution.

Truth 2: There is no God that punishes and rewards. The ALL is and unfolds without regard for the goodness or badness of our behavior. In the Isness of The ALL there is no “good” or “bad”. There is just Isness Beingness. It’s we who judge “good” and “bad” in our humanness. And in our humanness “good” and “bad” outcomes are a result of cause and effect. Good intentions and behavior tend to result in good outcomes (although not always) and bad intentions and behavior tend to result in bad outcomes. One definition for karma.Truth 3: The ALL is not a being that responds to traditional prayers—asking for or begging for favors. No matter how skillfully a prayer is offered. That’s not to say that there’s nothing we can do to influence our experiences and outcomes. In fact, there is much we can do to help create a positive life experience. And that is to learn to create a positive energy cloud around ourselves that attracts positive people, things and experiences. (See my book The Manifestation Book ).

The shortest path to generating a positive energy cloud is through meditation and I explore in detail in my book The Meditation Book.

Truth 4: There is a degree of truth to God as a part of a Trinity of Father, Son (said to be Jesus and only Jesus) and Holy Ghost. But only if we see that The ALL Is, that Spirit is the energy of the Universe or The ALL and that we are all Sons and Daughters of The ALL with an individualized spark of Spirit, our Soul. And that all are One in the Alness of The ALL.Truth 5: Energy and matter, bound into the Oneness of The ALL could be called Love. This Love pervades all things, including us, unconditionally and without reservation. It is Love and we are the same Love. Greater than a Father’s Love because it has no bounds. The ALL has no boundaries. It’s The ALL.Truth 6: Our Master Teachers were not gods. Instead, they were/are more like older brothers and sisters. More advanced because of their experiences that resulted in Illumination and to the realization that “The Kingdom of God is inside” me and you and you”. An imprisoned splendor just waiting to be allowed to emerge and participate In our lives.Truth 7: God is not dead. No. The ALL is very much alive. Obviously.

These myths and truths are very different in scope and detail. The myths are, I think, largely generated from the human consciousness that is very limited in its view of the larger picture. And therefore, limits the limitless expansiveness of The ALL to being a superhuman version of ourselves.

It’s a case of not knowing what we don’t know, since the realization of the truth of The ALL comes from experiencing it, not thinking about it. Through meditation. And Soul Contact. We’re not there yet as a species, although, increasingly, there are many individuals of us who are waking up to the Truth.

Stay tuned for Part II next week when I address why knowing these things is so important.
