Thank U4 B'n A Friend
I have known this brother for almost 20 years (17 to be exact). Eric has been my friend through my darkest moments, abusive relationships and heartbreaks. We have the most deepest conversations about value, dignity and self worth. This man has helped my self esteem when I lost focus. He has been my good friend, and I his, in our lowest times in life. I wrote my book at his place and he is the character Shawn.
He helped me unpack for 3 hours when I first moved to Long Beach in 2009. He helped me when he found out I was homeless in 2014. I wouldn't go to Vegas without anyone else, especially my 1st time. We make each other feel safe.
Even when we lost touch in 2018, our reconnection this year felt like no time passed but our growth was clear to each other. I may drag him but he is my equal match in reading. Laughter is shared among us everytime we hang out. I refuse to let anyone talk bad about him and he does the same for me.
We are the epitome of friendship (I first pronounced it [epi-tome] not [e-pit-o-me] and he never let's me forget it). A true platonic foundation of brotherhood.
I love this man for everything he is to me. My old friend, my male confidant and my true brother.

The Collection of Protection: 2nd Chronicle
Our hero, Kenny Whitley, now living in L.A. continues to find himself and come to terms with his new found powers as the savior of the world. He continues to train and meets with the other Protectors' of Hosts; The Twins - Natalia and Brayden. She was the Protector of the Soul Seed of Love and he is the Protector of the Soul Seed of Nature. Joining them is Shawn - former Protector of the Soul Seed of Darkness, Pierson - Protector of Intelligence and his own Protector, Christian, they all help teach him the spirit of being a warrior.
The Host of the Chaos Soul Seed faces off with his rival, Clarkson Haverford, who curses him and The Protectors to wander the Rampant Wastes of the Lower Realms. Separated and having to find each other, Kenny begins to fight off every single demon, imp and sa'tan that is trying to eat his soul. An unknown ally helps him dodge the Leviathan and jump between worlds in order to find his other Protectors. Calling himself the Fallen King, Alucard explains the history of his ancient race of Vampyres, that once lived with the Divine and Humans at the dawn of life on Earth.
After meeting Alucard, Kenny finds out that the king has heard of the "Messiah that will save all". So, he finds himself on a new mission to save the Protectors and the race of Vampyres from hell, while having to overcome his own evil in his soul.
There's a fiery pit, a frozen world, a dark never-ending jungle and one with a new king from his past life.
