From childhood, I have been obsessed with all things space and sci-fi. A native of Seattle, I joined the Cartoonist Northwest Association in the 8th grade and began selling cartoons to magazines in high school. An avowed film geek, I got a job as a storyboard artist on the Fox TV show The PJ's, and directed a short film for Nickelodeon in the early 2000's. While I had a great career in animation, my current passion in writing, and I enjoy taking the kind of wild, action-packed, satirical work I did as an animator and bringing it to life on the page. ...more
