Today’s story is one that literally no one asked for.
Except for me, I guess. Since I put it into the jar.
I just couldn’t help myself!!! I wrote myself into a corner and wasn’t able to ever let Kyle get his hands on Dylan, even though (at least to me) it was pretty obvious at the end that he definitely wanted to.

Dang it.

This isn’t juicy in the least, but it sets up the future threesome that I’ll finish the scene with.

Today is a bonus story because…I was inspired. I have been reading the Game Changer series by Rachel Reid. Which means I cannot, in particular, stop thinking about sexy Russian hockey players. Usually this is an urge that only over takes me during Winter Olympics seasons. Sigh.

Today’s prompt was inspired by a conversation I had with an early beta reader of Real Talk. She told me she had half-expected to see a Dylan/Tyler/Jack threesome. Camp NaNoWriMo: Day 3

Today’s prompt was the name Penultimate Jones. I knew the minute I saw this, that it was going to be someone to tie in to Kyle’s family. In Something More, we learn that Kyle’s middle name, Jones, is his mother’s maiden name. Kyle’s mother’s family is a big happy polycule. This ended up just being a really fun piece, but I think I’d like to, maybe eventually, write more about Pen and Henry’s friendship, and what kind of “friends” they might have been!

Camp NaNoWrimo: Day 2

It’s Day Two of NaNoWriMo, and the first day I pulled a name or challenge from my jar! The name pulled… MooMa Cow Art Gallery. My immediate reaction was it had to include The Far Side –obviously. And, it was a date gone wrong. This is a short piece that definitely will need some work in the future, but it was a fun little thing to dabble with while my head was more into what was happening with Kyle and Markus from Day 1!
