A little teaser from "Patricia"
Just a teaser -- 100 years in the future:
There were three people in the patio café. Two women sat together at a table. They were talking and seemed not to notice my entrance. The third was a man sitting alone on the opposite side from the women, along the fence.
The man’s appearance was meticulous. His chestnut brown hair was perfectly parted with not one hair out of place. His smooth complexion appeared tanned. His attire included a tan shirt that fit tightly on his torso and loose brown pants. He was watching me intently. I nodded at him. He immediately rose and came toward me.
“Mr. Gray?”
I was startled. How and why would anyone in this time know me?

I argued and lost. She knew her place and was true to her promise. She would not do anything that was not in the best interest of the world.
“Is time travel in the best interest of the world?”
“Yes.”
“How do you know?”
“I can see the future.”
