Leading up to the release of The Bone Nest, I wanted to feature stories of the wrongly convicted and the men and women who fight for them. This one may be the most well-known case in the series. And somehow, that makes it harder, not easier, to write about.
Because when a story is famous, people think they already know it. They think they’ve processed it.
