I've been hard at work on the last book, "Just Desserts." I've got about 40K words done and each successive one I write seems to get bigger and more complicated than the last.

Just Desserts will be the end of the Food series, but not the last I write about Pacifica.

Food: All Hate the King is Released

I've finally released the fifth of six installments of my Food series. This one will give you a day in the life of Pacifica's royal family and all the horrors that come with it.

I don't have it out in paperback yet, but I will. I'll create a separate blog post for that once I get that sorted out.

But in the meantime, Food: All Hate the King is live and available as an ebook and for enjoyment in Kindle Unlimited. I'm hard at work on the last one, Just Desserts and I'll blog here with updates.

FOOD SERIES UPDATE

FOOD UPDATE

My latest installment of the Food series is off to the editor for a final review. It's been a long time (too long if I'm honest) since I've released an installment. This one will be the fifth of the six planned stories/books.

But for now I’m pleased to report that I think Food: All Hate the King should find its way onto Amazon by mid-February. I’ll put out another update once I have a more definite timeline.

Food: All Hate the King will finally acquaint you with Pacifica’s royal family and introduce more characters close to that horrific family, along with some of its barbaric practices that affects those within the kingdom's borders and beyond.

Celebrate freedom with FOOD!

In celebration of July 4th and personal freedom in general, from now through Sunday, July 7, 2024, I’m knocking down the price of the ebooks comprising my Food series to 99 cents each.

I put in some extra work and listened to some really helpful advice and made the plunge into a broader paperback market.

I recently created an omnibus volume that has the first three Food stories, consisting of Winner, Winner, Chicken _ _ _ _, Food, and The MVP Room. These three stories are now available in paperback format for those who like physical books, as well as a collective ebook. Should make those stories an easier, cohesive read in a single volume.

I also created a paperback for the short novelMise en Place, the most recent in the series.

I have some good news for those of my fellow readers prefer paperbacks.

I have learned that listening to readers and what they like and want is a good thing. So thanks to some good friends, I have released the stories to date in paperback.
