Although it occurs in the time before Wormwood Summer, it’s a completely optional read as it mostly introduces the chemistry between Nick and Parker, without getting into any of the plot in Wormwood Summer.

I wanted to leave it up on Goodreads because I know a lot of people are still making their way through their Winter Wonderland shorts and need the summaries on GR to help them remember what the stories were about, but I can see why it’s confusing. (less)
