Are you stuck in a cycle of comparing yourself to others?Rather than comparing yourself to the abilities, talents, and achievements of others, focus on the force behind those talents. You admire certain qualities in others because you already possess them. You are on this planet to develop and strengthen these same attributes within yourself.
The Page of Wands is a Tarot card that represents the power of aspiration. Despite not having achieved the same level of mastery as his more experienced family members, the Knight, Queen, and King of Wands, he exudes the same magnetic qualities. This card suggests that you too possess the same inner strengths that you admire in those you look up to.
For instance, Judy Garland is a role model for many because of her fearless authenticity on stage. She overcame deep personal insecurity and a cruel tabloid press that sought to tear her down every day to sell magazines. Despite the fear of being judged, she took risks and performed until shortly before her death, using her music to heal herself and others. While you may never be a singer like Garland, you can still learn from her example by being vulnerable and fearless, trusting in your talents, and being your authentic self.
