R.B. Shifman is a husband, father, writer, and contract market researcher. Raised in South Florida, he moved to Pennsylvania to attend graduate school at Temple University.

R.B. lives with his wife near Doylestown, Pennsylvania. He writes YA novels and horror short stories, and his all-ages corporate horror, "Mayo Monday," headlined Issue #40 of Cosmic Horror Monthly under Richard Shifman, his given name.
