Autism Awareness Month

Hello Readers! I hope everyone is healthy during this response to COVID-19. In my bubble, escaping through books is always a good idea. April is Autism Awareness month. What I've realized is "awareness" is one of those vague words that doesn't reflect the level of familiarity with a topic. I hope that we can deepen our level of understanding of autistic perspectives and move beyond awareness to acceptance. That's the primary reason I wrote The Insiders Club. This month the book has reached #5 on the Amazon charts within its category. I've been overwhelmed by the support. The Insiders Club

Speechless

This was the first thing I saw when I woke up this morning. "This book restored my faith in humanity." I'd have thought I was dreaming except my dreams are never this good. Wow. I'm stunned. Here's a link to the

Goodreads Giveaway Update

wrapped books

I'm so excited! Today, we sent free, signed hardcover books to Iowa, Tennessee, Arizona, New York, and Texas. I hope everyone enjoys the story and the little extras we added inside.

The shipments should all arrive by Friday. Be on the lookout for a well-sealed box. We love our tape. Actually, we love colorful mail that isn't a bill. Ha!(With semi-hollow sides, they're easiest to open if you slice the short side of the rectangle with a pair of scissors.)

Thank you all for entering the Goodreads Giveaway. If you didn't win and you're a subscriber to the Kindle Unlimited program, you can read the ebook for no additional charge. My Amazon author page is here. http://www.amazon.com/Echo-Miller/e/B...

A little something extra

One of the main characters, Keegan, is an autistic greeting card designer. His sentiments are often the sorts of things we wish we could say, but our culture teaches us to ....um....be less honest. Sometimes his greetings are downright bizarre but they make perfect sense to him. I have So much fun coming up with “Keegan cards.”

I’ll be signing the 5 hardcover copies we’re giving away on Goodreads. And... each recipient will receive a Keegan card and a small bookmark. It’s not much, but I always like to do a little something extra.

I’m so very thankful for the supportive community on Goodreads.

😊

Character Intro Videos

Hi!

I've begun posting videos introducing some of the characters from The Insiders Club. They should show up right here on my Goodreads author page.
ooof - Here goes my best attempt at trying to post a link in this funny little box.
https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

I'm posting different types of information on Instagram and Twitter. You can find me @millingechoes on both platforms.

I'm new to all of this so there's a 100% chance I'll make mistakes. You can laugh along with me or better still, give me some tips. I'm excited to be here.

Thanks for following this page and entering the Goodreads Giveaway.
