Rayna York grew up with hippie parents that moved a lot. Where change was the norm, books were her constant—a way to escape. As an adult, many careers came and went, but writing has always been her passion. Her books tend to be based on dreams, and since that’s the way inspiration strikes, she wakes up every morning and writes them in her notebook with barely an eye open. When she’s not tucked away in her writing shack, she’s pursuing other passions, like chocolate, reading, or movies/TV series.

Definitely one of the better hockey novels I read. It had the depth of character that some of the others lacked. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

What an ending! I can’t wait for the sequel. If I had any criticism at all, it would be that some moments were overexplained, while others that needed more clarity weren’t explained enough.

This second book is much more dynamic than the first. It’s books like this that make me wish that all three novels were completed before I started the series. The ending is just too intense to hang onto for the next six months.
