Oops! One more thing!
In my excitement to blog about my adventures on MARS, I forgot to add that LA Witt's and my second Navy SEAL book,
The Only One Who Matters, is now available for pre-order!
Months after a bullet ended his SEAL career, Senior Chief David Flint doesn’t know which is worse: struggling to adjust to life as a civilian, or watching his lover, Lieutenant Commander Josh Walker, leave for one deployment after another.
Missing the career he loved—and knowing all too well the danger Josh faces—doesn’t help. And as Josh walks out the door for another assignment, David can feel their relationship cracking under the strain.
With so little time between assignments, Josh has no idea how to fix things with David. One thing he’s sure of, though…if they don’t find a way to resolve the rising tension between them, there’s a storm coming they might not be able to weather. But he plans to give it his best shot—when he gets home.
Assuming he makes it home alive…
Warning: Contains plenty of smoking-hot sex between two dudes who just wanted to be SEALs, not deal with all this romance crap. They went and fell in love anyway, and now have to figure out how to make it work while saving the world and teaching their puppy not to beg.
Coming March 18th, 2014 from Samhain Publishing!

A brand new year!

2013 turned out to be a year of transitions for me. My first year self-publishing. My first collaborations with co-author LA Witt. My first sales - both co-written and solo - to my dream publisher, Samhain. Moving house for the first time in nearly twenty years.
Ch-ch-ch-chaaaaaaanges. :)

Let's see, what all did I do this year? Published seven books (Courtland Chronicles 1-5, Black Dog and Flawless), wrote four (Lori's and my two Navy SEAL books, 3/4th's of our rock star book Guarded, and Takedown, the second Bannon's Gym book) and have four already scheduled for 2014 publication. I saw my new favorite band, Thirty Seconds to Mars, two nights in a row. Attended two cons - Authors After Dark and GayRomLit. Sold my previously self-pubbed Bannon's Gym series to Samhain. Geez, no wonder I'm tired!
Oh, and the happiest moment of my New Year's Eve? Reviews by Jessewave awarding The Only One Who Matters 5 stars and Desert Island Keeper status! First time ever for this author! *happy dance*
My goal for 2014? To build on these new foundations and grow them bigger and higher. Lori and I are already planning our next project, and I've got a few more ideas up my sleeve. More MMA fighters. A three-guy menage, maybe? Definitely more military guys and rock stars. The possibilities are endless, and I can't wait to explore them.
Happy First Day of 2014! :)
