Sophrosyne (Greek, n.)
The oneness of mind brings about a deep awareness,
Leading to an understanding of how the inner-self and world interacts,
Bringing about a deep self-control, lowering mental stress
And opening your mind to a different plane of process,
Seeing through a different lens, understanding that life can be abstract.
The oneness of mind brings about a deep awareness.
Mediating in the deep to reveal what has regress,
Inciting a need to be free from ones limiting belief contract,
Bringing about a deep self-control lowering mental stress.
The greatest battle is against ourselves and that we do not express,
Forcing oneself in a loop of self-attack,
Forgetting The oneness of mind brings about a deep awareness.
To be free from oneself, a paradox of regrets.
Living in chains anchored to earth but not grounded, trapped,
not bringing about a deep self-control that lowers mental stress.
we desire peace of mind but still crave to impress,
forgetting ‘self-love’, we forget to step back
to bring about a deep self-control that lowers mental stress,
revealing that the oneness of mind brings about a deep awareness.
“You have to choose the best, every day, without compromise…guided by your own virtue and highest ambition”

Meraki
The pen, an extension of our soul,
Revealing a world, dim and bright,
A world of gray mixed with colour, am artistic sight.
Your words an extension of yourself,
Playing a tune from your soul while dancing on the page,
Setting up a mental scene getting your heart to engage.
Sparking the ink in your veins
Channeling energy through your physical bones
Igniting a poetic tone,
[image error]Meraki
Stimulating memories of the passing future,
Overflowing the emotional waterfall, soaking the paper,
Dampening it with feelings,
A Magic spell cast to enchant the soul of the beholder.
“Art is when you hear a knocking from your soul and you answer”
Did you answer?
A small part of Logopoeia: “The dance of intelligence among words” coming in August.
In the meantime grab a copy of The Unspoken and read everything that is unsaid but understood.
Until the next one, stay cool
Nefelibata
A medium for the soul
Carrying a message from beyond
But where have my words gone?
Lost in the clouds?
Forming a virtual existence
Influencing our reality coexistence.
“Clouds suit my mood just fine.”

Onism
Searching for something that’s not existing,
Within this space,
A body within a single reality
Unable to see beyond its own capacity.
Have I been searching?
What for?
the soul knows something is missing.

Wabi Sabi (侘寂)
As time flows forward,
Everything becomes clear,
Life is imperfect
But has beauty within,
If only we would accept
Its natural flow of this
“Perhaps as writers, we too should embrace the concept of wabi-sabi:”

Yonderly (adj)
Mentally withdrawn
A rain cloud sits
Above my head
Showering my thoughts gloom
You seem aloof
“what’s wrong?”
Lost in thoughts, tomorrow slowly fades
As my smile gets swallowed by the shadowy mist
My emotion closes its door

Yugen (幽玄)
Everything is connected, everything communicates
Listen with extra awareness,
The senses acknowledge its presence
Understanding we are a small portion but not a feeble existence.
What are you feeling inside?
If we understood, would the hidden be seen?
Words couldn’t express, feelings couldn’t process
but its presence is evident.
In tune with the universe
My mind went deep
to understand….
Awakening echoes ring loudly
can you hear it?
musical tones, the soul dances
grooving to the universe harmony.
