I am so excited for this journey. I love this book, I love these characters, I'm both afraid and in love with Elias Masters. It would be so much fun to sit down and have coffee with Alejandro then have him just....ah, my God....if he only could, just lay me down....swoon. And I'd sit with Noraya and tell her "Girl, I know" because I do. As I said I love these characters, but it isn't just a dark romance, this is a deep dive into humanity (with very few humans) and is also a look at love, sexuality, trauma, paradigms. It might seem like a dark fantasy romance that's all fun and games, but there really is more to this story, more to the depth in which this series will dive and I AM HERE FOR IT ALL. SYNOPSIS:

During what Neveah hopes is a rescue attempt by her maid to steal her away from the worst day of her life, Neveah jumps out of a moving vehicle when she realizes that she's being kidnapped by vampires.

Elias Masters, the King of New York Vampires post apocalypse 2535, sits with Neveah Markum who is dazed and barely healed from her suicide attempt. He is ready to give her the bite that will end her life. Elias must deliver Neveah's corpse to her father's compound by sunrise as payback for poisoning the humans who were served at his millennium birthday celebration, which killed 132 high ranking vampires.

Despite Elias' unexpected attraction to Neveah, as he's never found women attractive, he bites Neveah in a brutal attempt to end her life. After delivering a fatal wound, her blood enchants him. Elias wants to know more about the beguiling woman, so he heals her bite wound enough for her to survive as Neveah's blood takes him to Heaven.

Elias’ soul is transported to Heaven, a world forever forbidden to him, and decides to keep Neveah prisoner. Alejandro, his lover of one hundred years, convinces Elias that the beguiling beauty and virtuoso cellist is worth saving, and Elias starts to see her value. Almost a year in the making and the story I thought would be a fast fun novella is now an EPIC DARK FANTASY ROMANCE that is crazy and fun. Ah. The Rewrite is Going So Well...

It's now two books....

Coming in at 420 something pages Blood and Heaven is now two books, consisting of parts 1 and 2. BLOOD AND HEAVEN and WINGS AND DECEPTION both will be released on the same day and FLAMES AND DELIVERANCE will be coming out at the end of the year.

I am crazy excited for these books. This is such an epic vampire romance with a post apocalyptic society, shifters, angels, Heaven....such a delicious villain. 
I can't wait to publish this series. The world of Elias Masters, the vampire king of New York will be the first three books in this series, all of them are in the Desdemona world, so the last books will be Desdemona and an Adam and Eve retelling that will be so much fun. :)

It has been a year since I finished this book. I have spe...

It has been a year since I finished this book. I have spent the year reshaping and rewriting to perfection. It was supposed to be a novella, easy, simple, sexy and fun...and now it's intense, epic, and so much better. So hang tight. Things are changing...many things. Azriel Hope will still be for dark stuff and it will get so much darker, but L. Hope will be where some of my work will be migrating into the mainstream. I'm excited about working with both platforms and seeing where these stories take us, but guaranteed there will be many. All this time has not been spent idle....there is an explosion of amazing stuff coming so sit back and enjoy. 

Blood and Heaven should be ready in the next two months, but we'll see what my editor has to say about that. :) 

 

A New Book is coming...SO SOOOOON!!!!!

 

It is done...almost. So I have a new book ready to go. It's got vampires and angels, and it's an MMF love story and you're going to want to read it over and over, cause it is loaded with STEAM and fun. 

I've been so busy and this was going to be a novella and instead is the longest book I've ever written...hahaha, go figure. 

It is the first of many in this series that will all surround Desdemona when it finally comes out, but this is going to be such a great read.

Neveah Markum is the sheltered daughter of the infamous drug lord Cameron Markum. After negotiating a strategy for Elias and the other vampires to exact the revenge they crave, the vampire king allows Neveah to live long enough to see her brother rescued and her father, and his empire destroyed. 

Once obliterated, Elias and Alejandro keep Neveah captive with the intention of using her blood as a personal ticket to heaven until they get bored and kill her. During her captivity, she enchants Alejandro who falls in love with her and challenges Elias to find his soul and the mercy he's never known. 

The Crimson Room: Heaven is an MMF bisexual dark romance, with vampires, revenge, lots of steam...and love; always love.
