Raised on a tree nursery next to Farmer Green's cornfield in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and then relocated as a child to the Pacific NW, Diane has been a dreamer all her life. She finds the greatest happiness both in nature and in far-off, imagined places--often within the pages of a favorite book.

Diane is currently working on the sequel to Song of Mornius, and plans to continue the adventure through future books set on the magical world of Talenkai.

Despite the darkness, still I saw--or perhaps it was the hairs on the back of my neck that sensed it--the blade of the knife coming at me. The killer had me trapped on the cliff, yet still I stood my ground, the blade tearing at my arms as I pushed him back and away until, with a piercing shriek, he fell.(less)

Book LAUNCH! The AUDIOBOOK is HERE!!!

Announcing a book launch! Two days ago the audiobook version of "Song of Mornius" appeared on Audible.com, and Amazon.com. (It's supposed to be showing up on Itunes as well, but I am not finding it there yet.)

The tale is narrated by Brian Wiggins who does a fabulous job of bringing the story to life, creating suspense, and making the listener want to hear more. (At least it had that affect on me Read more of this blog post »
