Is true love capable of living across births?
Love is not just an attraction or personal attachment towards a person but is a loyal and benevolent concern seeking the goodness of the concerned other. God had gifted every soul on this earth to enjoy the innate essence of true love, and for some, he has destined them to taste it year after year and even birth after birth.
It is a common saying that true relationships are fixed in heaven; gifted are those who live the love of their lives in their present births. All of us have this feeling that we are at present living with our soulmates and our marriages are made up in heaven. Who knows, perhaps our partner is destined to be with us in every single birth we take; after all Hindu mythology says we take seven different births before attaining mukthi.
But for those who could not make it up in the present births, God gives them the chance to chase their soulmate birth after the birth and live their love life to its fullest content nourishing it to the core. Love has the capability to nourish itself and the people involved in it, the more we love the more we find untrodden spaces where loves extends and spreads around us like an aura.
In this modern era, where everything possible is materialized and running at a fast pace, is there any time for eternal love? Is the phrase really has a meaning attached with it? People run around money, job, career, and self-fulfillment; somewhere in the middle of this battle there lies a string for little romance which is paid least attention to. People throng for a partner and not for an eternal relationship that is appreciated, accepted and inspired by both the strength and weaknesses of the partners.
True love lies not just in finding a compatible partner, but in finding someone who illuminates each other. This magical partnership, no doubt has the capability to live across continents, horizons and even births.
