Infinity Grounding Meditation
Adi is often the catalyst for bringing me many of the life-changing practices that I incorporate into my daily routine. Unlocking the Secrets of the Universe
So few of us are taught that there are fundamental laws that govern our Universe. Second Chapter
Second chapters are often interesting and far different from our first chapter. The first time I walked onstage to perform standup comedy was May 6, 1989. I was terrified and incidentally, I was also terrible in my first outing. Regardless, I was hooked and continued to perform as many times as I could at the local open mic night. I would love to say success came quickly—it didn’t. It took a long time being very bad before I got “kinda” good. After working diligently and never giving up, I was asked to become the house MC at a local club …

Prana Del Mar
Prana Del Mar in Los Cabos, Mexico is a divine little yoga retreat tucked away on the Sea of Cortez. Upon our arrival in Los Cabos, I didn’t really have any expectations for what was ahead. Be the Lighthouse
“Remaining steady and constant, a lighthouse never moves for a ship; instead, it shines its eternal light, waiting for the ship in distress to arrive.” A lighthouse is a tower, building, or another type of structure designed to emit light from a system of lamps and lenses and to serve as a navigational aid for maritime pilots at sea or on inland waterways. Chess: A Game of Kings
Chess is called, “The Game of Kings.” Many attribute this to the fact that the game was played by royalty and nobility throughout history, while some take the more simplistic viewpoint that because the central theme of the game revolves around the “king piece,” it is therefore referred to as “The Game of Kings.” I believe because the game itself is regal, it can only be referred to as, “The Game of Kings.” Chess is a metaphor for life. A Land Called Terra
The land is idyllic; a peaceful refuge tucked away in a growing city of 70,000 people. We call this piece of property Terra which means “earth.” It also happens to be the same name as the property in Gone with the Wind (different spelling: Tara) that Scarlett O’Hara tried desperately to save following the Civil War.
