Scotland and Shakespeare's Third Prophecy

In the next few weeks I will be releasing my latest book.

It takes a new looks at Shakespeare's mysterious third Prophecy from Macbeth.

After looking at the historical records, it is clear that there was a Thane Banquo and a Lord Fleance, and there is evidence that the King Malcolm who became King Malcolm the Third of Scotland, was not the Prince Malcolm who defeated Macbeth.

In fact, not only have we confused which King became King of Scotland, we also made a mistake in saying it was the Albans who won.

In this new study I introduce the forgotten Scottish Kings. The 12th century King Amfred, and the 11th century King Duvenald the son of Gunnstein.

Kings who were ignored, because their histories were an inconvenience to those in power.

Then I change history by showing the links between the Normans and the Scottish Lords who helped a mysterious second King Malcolm take the Royal Throne.

So, keep an eye out for my new book

Scotland & Shakespeare's Third Prophecy.

This changes everything...

GoodReads Giveaways - An Author's Review

It's now been a few months since my Goodreads giveaway, and I now have enough data to post a short overview of my experience.

On the positive side the GoodReads Giveaway does get your books into a public arena, and being a place where book readers love to congregate, this is definitely a massive plus.

On the negative side.... it now seems most readers at Goodreads enter these giveaways to simply get free books; and they fail to write a review.

So, is it cash well spent for authors to place their books on a GoodReads giveaway.

Overall, probably yes. However, when giveaways do disappear into the vast Goodreads void it can often be a very long wait.

If your book is able to regularly picking up 4 and 5 star reviews (in my case, other readers have kindly come forward and posted some 5 star ratings) and your book is not time sensitive, then your book will gradually gain traction, and the sales will eventually start to edge upwards.

However, the author is then totally at the whims of the market, which is something you want to avoid.

If you are an author, my advice is to keep calm and to do the simple stuff. Visit local book clubs and phone groups who might be interested in your work. These small ripples will probably have a far greater effect.

Remember most of your impact in a website is made within the first few days of being seen, and always keep your content fresh and up to date.

When Ancient Art is Copied and History is Lost

In China there is probably more examples of ancient geometric writing than anywhere else in the world.

Unfortunately, many modern sites now try to copy this ancient artistic writing, in an attempt to make modern updates look more "authentic".

While traveling around China I did come across many temples where linear texts were etched onto the wall, and some where modern copies were clearly etched in modern concrete. However, other linear patterns were carved onto stone, and this is where these carvings will cause problems in future generations.

On asking the curators about this copying of ancient art, the problem they see is the archaeologists who is in charge of ancient temples will usually be only interested in looking at ancient pottery. Naturally, the day to day maintenance of the temple is not controlled by archaeologists, nor is the displaying of the temple to the public an area that archaeologists think much about.

Thus the archaeologists are usually unaware of which parts of a repaired wall in a temple are made from original stones and which parts have been "artistically restored". This makes attempts to analyze the walls to determine the angles that the lines make in ancient temples (such as the heavily marked temple walls at Zhangjiajie) almost impossible.

In many Chinese temples, the groups tasked with improving the tourist's experience appear to want to give the tourist this false "authentic" experience, where the temple is presented in as pristine a condition as possible. So, unfortunately, many genuine examples of the Babel Text are hidden, or they are reworked to the point they are destroyed, or they are sometimes just thrown away.

Clearly, if they were aware that they were destroying, or throwing away extremely ancient documents much greater care would be taken. Unfortunately, I am only one person, and though I try to do the best I can, I have found my voice is far better heard when it comes from others. So, hopefully someone can help me in saving the ancient history of China.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Two artifacts from the SanXingdui site reveal the use of the linear Babel Text alongside early Chinese cursive symbols.

During my recent trip to visit the Emei religious site, where I uncovered evidence that the Babel Text was used until relatively recently (see previous Goodreads Blog - Chinese Babel Texts Found At Emei Mountain), I also took the chance to visit the nearby SanXingDui Archaeological Site and Museum. SanXingDui is a four to five hour drive, to the North of Emei.

Dating to the same time period as the start of civilisations in Mesopotamia, the reason for wanting to visit this site was to see with my own eyes the various lines that are engraved onto various artifacts.

The general hope was to photograph various artifacts, to see if the lines were consistent with The Babel Text that have just been found at Mount Emei.

Here, the study concentrates on two samples. The lines on four sides of a stool on which there is a tall bronze statue; and a bronze wheel-type artifact, which the archaeologist have identified as a ritual wheel, as it is too thin to have served as an actual wheel.

A detailed analysis of the lines on the stool, shows the lines are aligned to astronomical values, with 100% of the lines aligning to the lines used in the just published Emei artifacts -sadly, due to Goodreads having no way to upload original images to their blogs, it is necessary to go to https://thebabeltext.com/blog/ to see the images. Apologies for the hassle....but it is what it is.

The wheel (which can also be seen at https://thebabeltext.com/blog/) also shows a 100% match to the Babel text. In this case the data is extremely persuasive, as this new explanation now explains for the very first time why the “spokes” in the wheel are not set to align perfectly with the center of the wheel.

It was also noted that the diameters of the “wheel” and “spoke” appear to reflect the dimensions of the moon and Earth.

What is intriguing about these hidden texts is the linear symbology is often found on either one side (or one region) of the artifacts found at SanXingDui, and the remainder of the artifact is usually covered in cursive type elements that appear to be symbols of some kind.

This suggests two types of writing were being used concurrently. If so, it is now hopeful that the presence of these two concurrent texts might help the translation of the Babel Text.

As a note, a link to astronomy is suggested by the name of the archaeological site, which means Three Star Mound.

Again, I apologies that I cannot show the images here...I really wanted to publish all the data here.

Again to see the Emei Data you have to scroll down the page to just after the SanXingDui data.

Chinese Babel Texts Found At Emei Mountain

Sorry for the delay.

It appears Goodreads does not permit previously unpublished images to be uploaded to the Goodreads blog.

So I have posted my latest findings at

https://thebabeltext.com/blog/

The blog shows all the latest data, and conclusively shows the Babel Text was used at Emei.

In "The Map That Talked" the area around Emei was identified as the Eastern Gateway to Heaven.

Back from China

I have just returned from a really successful trip around China.

The major result is I found some new examples of the Babel Text, at Emei Mountain.

I should have the results up in the next few days.

Ancient Constellations

I was asked recently if it was possible to create a map of Earth using stories from other ancient civilisations....this is based on the discovery that the stories surrounding the Greek constellations can be used to wrap the stars around Earth, to create a very accurate map of Earth.

As far as I know, the only complete system is the Greek system. For example Cancer the Crab is clearly linked to water (as is Aquarius), and Hercules has to be linked to land. When the stars are wrapped round Earth at the alignment defined by the Great Pyramids, the stars then place water constellations over the oceans, and land constellations over the continents.

When I reviewed other ancient systems I found the Norse and Chinese maps of the constellations are incomplete.

If anyone know of any other complete system, that identifies certain stars with water and other stars with heroes, I really would like to test them, to see how they compare with the Greek legends.

If the same stars are marked as water and land, it would go a long way to confirm the star map and the written language was used worldwide.

New China Trip

Well, I will be soon be travelling to China, to search for more examples of the Babel Texts.

I will be spending some time at and around Ermei Mountain, which was the Eastern Gateway that was highlighted in the Map That Talked. Hopefully my trip will uncover some new data, just like my earlier trip to Delphi.

I mean, honestly, can you believe a wall bearing geometrical texts at Delphi was identified as the remnants of a SANITATION CHANNEL...

I'll let you know how the trip goes when I get back.
