Is there someone in your life you need to forgive? Perhaps an ex, a parent, or even yourself? Forgiveness is hard. We hold onto past hurts, giving them life, but keeping the pain inside hurts us. It robs us of living fully today.
I had to forgive my parents for years of emotional and physical abuse. Fortunately, the damage they did to my self-esteem wasn’t permanent.
