What I Am For…
In today’s culture, people waste time yelling at each other, letting them know what they are against. I approach life differently. Today I will share with you just a few of the things I’m for. I want everyone to feel safe in their homes, to have access to solid healthcare, and I want everyone to have plenty of healthy food to eat. Does this make me a Republican or a Democrat? Neither. It’s just who I am…

Exercise…
Intense physical exercise has many benefits: it improves your mood, boosts your energy level, it strengthens your heart muscle, it even helps with your sleep. But remember to exercise your most important body part-your brain. Read good books, engage in stimulating conversations, and be judicious about what you watch…

Suicide Awareness…
September is officially the month designated as Suicide Awareness Month. In 2016, suicide became the #2 killer of our kids. It still rages on. Mental health has been shredded through the pandemic. Age…
As we age, we gain wisdom. That’s a good thing. We certainly won’t live a life free from making mistakes, but perhaps we make less of them. And here’s a solid reminder for you: age is only in your head and your heart…

Laugh!
Find a reason to laugh every day. Laughter is healthy. It helps breathing, reduces stress, is good for your heart, and it won’t make you fat!

Plans…
We make plans, but something goes awry. This is where adaptability is key. Adaptability means we don’t freak out or get angry. We pivot. We change and reset our course. Oftentimes people focus on how smart someone is. We need a modicum of intelligence to succeed, but we need adaptability by the truckloads for successful outcomes…

Conformity…
Conformity is the breeding ground for mediocrity. Trying to “fit in” only leads to frustration. Since the beginning of time there has never been another you. God created each of us a unique masterpiece, meant for a greater purpose. Be fearless, and let go of the desire to conform. Show the world who you are…
