It’s Frog Month! This should be interesting– Frogs don’t fur, feathers, tails, or any distinctive markings to pin my drawings on. It’s been years since I read it, but in his biography Chuck Amuck, animation director Chuck Jones talked about how hard it was developing the a visually appealing frog character for the cartoon One Froggy Evening.  He thought frogs were really hard to do right.

And, for some reason, I decided to devote a month to drawing these little guys. Let’s see how I do.
