Cade had grasped her hips, surging forward again, only to drag himself back and then right back in again. He’d fucked her ruthlessly, reveling in the way she’d yowled and arched her back, fighting him to be able to move with him, but he’d held her in place. He’d known what she wanted… for him to lean forward and take the nape of her neck in a claiming bite, but he had no intention of claiming her.

I can’t thank all of you enough for helping me become USA Today Bestselling Author. When Renee called to tell me, Chris and I were on the road and I’m sure anyone driving past us thought we were nuts! We were screaming and laughing and hopping up and down. I am still a bit gobsmacked, but damn does it feel good!
What a whirlwind of a week! First Skylord is live on Amazon and FREE kin KU! This is the third in the dragon shifter series. Firelord, the final dragon shifter will b out November 13th.
We also heard that at long last the majority of the rehab is finished on our house and we get to take possession on October 30th! YEAH! So excited as it’ll be nice to be back in a proper home (although if you ever need to stay in Lynchburg, Virginia, I highly recommend Acorn Hill Lodge – a wonderful bed and breakfast with a fabulous staff https://acornhilllodge.com).
The Girls – Goody, Shug, Katy, Emma, Roz and Ava will be coming home and Skylar (to the left) will be coming to join the family in about three weeks… and yes she is named for the character.
Actually Roz, Ava and Skylar were all named for characters. I had Emma before I started writing and Chris insisted she get her own character… so she did! LOL!
The revised Reclaiming Willa, retitled Mac is coming out on November 18th. It will be FREE in KU and will NOT update in your Kindle. I think you’re going to love it. Give it a read and let me know what you think.

Another secret shared...
You know the best part about being a best-selling author… aside from having the best readers in the world? The amazing people I get to talk to. I’ve had wonderful conversations with people about The Space Needle in Seattle, The Savoy Hotel in London, and Phantom Ranch at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. In each case, I had a specific question about their location and wanted the details right for a book. In each, I explained I was an erotic romance writer and what I was doing and in each they gave up their time and expertise to help.
As I think you know, Kodiak comes out next Friday, August 21st. I can’t wait for you to meet my sexy alpha bear shifter, Alex Kingston. He gives new meaning to the word gruff! Hopefully, in the next newsletter, the newest free novella will be available (waiting on the editors). In Vino Veritas, Luca and Seraphina’s (from Claimed and Mated) story is coming. “Get yer ass out here now or by Christ woman, I’m coming in after you
and you’ll sorely regret it.”
I’m sure a lot of you were planning to attend author events this year and were as disappointed as I when they were all postponed. Well, that just means twice as many to attend next year – ten scheduled for 2021 and one already for 2022!

It is just under 24,000 words and was written in three days. Of course, nothing else got done, but Luca kept growling about not having been laid for years.
