Prepare to descend into the abyss with K.C., an author whose love for the awful and macabre is as profound as her characters' struggles. While K.C. isn't afraid to expose humanity's darkest underbelly, she also illuminates the resilient glimmers of love, self-acceptance, and heroism. I enjoy certain aspects, I’m sad to admit that I skim read parts that really don’t interest me (mostly the history mythology where we’re in the past). " Read more of this review »
