I will figure this out soon!
The blog on my other post discusses growing pains; I don't want to replicate. I will be similar (haha).
I am new to the blogging and publishing world. Publishing my work for an audience is vastly different than creating for a writing class in college or friends. Even more so, in private where nobody cares about editing and revising. Sure, I look at my past work and think it requires finetuning. Sometimes it misses a trash can. Hey, we all have those works. In private it is okay. Online it is blatant and there for the world to review, and comment.
I began reading up on how to write for books after my first two published works were online. I was proud of my work until I read the books about writing. I am afraid to reread my work. It did help me with my next two that are in the process of coming out soon. I love that I can improve. Everyone is a life-long learner (according to a professor at my alma mater).
To sum things up, I will continue to improve as I learn the process. I know I am green to writing, publishing and marketing. I will be happy to share my joys, pain, and everything in between with you. I hope you find humor in my mishaps. Somebody needs to.
