Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Sound Off # 1...

Cover by Chad Thomas
This week I'm reuniting with artist Chad Thomas for our second Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles miniseries. The three-issue Rise of the TMNT: Sound Off! kicks of Wednesday at your local comic shop or digitally at Comixology with issue # 1, colored by Heather Breckel, lettered by Christa Miesner, assistant edited by Megan Brown, and edited by Bobby Curnow.

Variant cover by George Caltsoudas
This series marks the introduction of the TMNT's newest villains, the Silent G's, 1940s-style gangsters with the ability to negate sound. These three mutants (Gnarly, Gnatalie, and Gned) give our heroes a little quiet time, and you know how much teenagers just love that.

Don't miss the debut issue in stores this week. And catch up on our first miniseries with our Rise of the TMNT trade paperbacks, Volumes One and Two.

Marvel Action: Avengers # 6...

Cover art by Jon Sommariva
This week's Marvel Action: Avengers # 6 marks the end of our second story arc, The Ruby Egress. Inside you'll find the big battle between Count Nefaria and the Avengers, plenty of Kirby and Ditko Marvel monsters thrown in for good measure, and a guest appearance by Doctor Strange himself.

Variant cover art by Tony Fleecs
Sadly, this issue also marks the end of artist Jon Sommariva's tenure on our title. Jon will stay on for covers (and some of his best are on their way!), but this issue is his last interior... until I can manage to convince him otherwise. As usual, Jon's dynamic art is aided and abetted by colorist Protobunker, letterer Christa Miesner, assistant editor Megan Brown, and editor Bobby Curnow.

But this isn't my only issue due out this Wednesday at comic shops.

(Ahh, the suspense!)

Teen Titans Go! # 35...

Cover by Lea H. Seidman
The Teen Titans Go! comic is coming to an end, but I managed to get one last story in under the wire. With art by Philip Murphy, colors by Franco Riesco, letters by Wes Abbott, and edits by Kirsty Quinn, see what happens when Beast Boy and Cyborg start "Dropping Stuff Down a Hole." That's right, the entire comic is about them dropping stuff down a hole.

DO STAKES EVER GET HIGHER THAN THIS?!?

I mean probably. But that's what the other issues are for.

Issue # 35 is out this Wednesday, or buy it now for a buck on comixology.

DC Universe...

Recently, DC Universe uploaded thousands of comics to its monthly subscription service. So for those of you that subscribe for its original programming and archives of past DC TV shows and movies, you now have access to some of my older DC work for free.

So here's a handy list to all my comics that DC currently has on its channel:

Batman: 80 Page Giant 2010 # 1 (featuring my Calendar Man origin story)
The Batman Strikes # 10
The Batman Strikes # 15
Beware the Batman # 2 (parts 1 and 2)
Beware the Batman # 6 (parts 1 and 2)
Justice League Adventures # 14 (my first published DC Comic!)
Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st Century # 10
Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st Century # 12
Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st Century # 16
Sensation Comics featuring Wonder Woman # 38
Teen Titans Go! # 53
And even Batman # 700 (I wrote a small feature in this issue detailing the interior of the Batcave.)

This isn't all of my past DC work, but it includes some of my favorites. I'll be sure to post an update when they upload another batch of my issues.

For more info on DC Universe, or to subscribe, you can check out their website here.
