TMNT: The IDW Collection Volume 10...

A fun surprise came recently, the hefty Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The IDW Collection: Volume 10 hardcover.
I wasn't aware they were reprinting one of my stories in this one, but it includes my short Raphael story "Through Red Eyes" with Adam Gorham from TMNT Universe # 20.
Fun bonus: it also contains the second TMNT/Ghostbusters miniseries. And as you may or may not know, bustin' makes me feel good.
Grab your copy at your local comic shop or by clicking here.

New Wonder Woman book and the fall Morganton Comic Con...

Available now is my newest Wonder Woman book, Wonder Woman: Earning Her Hollywood Stars and Stripes . This tiny little volume comes in the Wonder Woman: Magnets, Pins, and Book Set , and details the Amazing Amazon's history on the big screen.
The presentation of this set is great, as is the quality of the extras. You can find the set online, at your local comic or book shop, or if you're in the North Carolina area...

...see the book in person at my table (along with a healthy supply of my other books) at the Morganton Comic Con 2 on Saturday, November 16th from 10am to 5pm.
Hope to see you there!

Marvel Action: Avengers # 8...

I supplied the script, Marco Fiorito handled the art, Protobunker braved the colors, Christa Miesner lettered, and Bobby Curnow and Megan Brown made sure it all came together nicely.
Things only get crazier from here, so don't miss it!
(Hey, wait. Who just got their hands on an Iron Man suit? There's only one way to find out...)

Marvel Action: Avengers - The Ruby Egress...

This week the second collection of our Marvel Action: Avengers series hits comic shops and books stores. This volume collects issue #'s 4-6, our second full storyline entitled "The Ruby Egress." Jon Sommariva delivers incredible artwork, with additional inks by Sean Parsons and Jimmy Reyes and colors by Protobunker. The book was written by me and lettered by Christa Miesner, with edits by Bobby Curnow and Megan Brown.
In this action-packed story, Thor and Captain Marvel find themselves trapped in a mystical world full of classic Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko Marvel monsters. Dr. Strange guest-stars, as does a certain classic Avengers villain who puts the rest of the team in jeopardy.
Don't miss it!

Rise of the TMNT: Sound Off! # 3 and an Asheville Mini Con...

Out now is the third and final issue of Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Sound Off!, my most recent TMNT miniseries. This is our big showdown between the Turtles and new villains, the Silent G's, thanks to my collaborators, artist Chad Thomas, colorist Heather Breckel, letterer Christa Miesner, and editors Bobby Curnow and Megan Brown.
I've had a great time on this book, and really enjoyed writing this version of the TMNT, whose flair for the absurd matches up nicely with my own. Thanks to all who gave this incarnation of the Turtles a chance!

And for those in the Asheville area, I'll be doing a signing this Sunday (September 29th) at Asheville Comics. The store is hosting a mini-comic con of sorts in honor of a very special fan, Javon who turns 13. Cosplay is encouraged, and I'll have a table set up with plenty of my comics and books.
Hope to see you there!

Incredible Con, an Avengers exclusive, and Batman Day...

On September 21st, that most holy of holidays rolls around. That's right, it's Batman Day, and I'll be celebrating at Incredible Con in Charleston, South Carolina. The show is a two day convention (the 21st and 22nd), and they'll even have a special exclusive variant cover of my Marvel Action: Avengers # 1. Make sure to grab a copy and get it signed by not just me, but also by the cover artist, Jarrett Williams.

Not only that, but to mark Batman Day, I'll have my new book series at my table, Batman: La Historia Visual. It's a new Spanish edition of Batman: A Visual History with added material, including month-by-month coverage of the last five years of Bat-comics. Each book covers a decade in Batman's long and storied history, and these volumes look fantastic. These will hopefully be on the American market in time, but for Spanish-speaking fans, there's no better way to celebrate Batman's 80th birthday and Batman Day 2019.

I mean, maybe it'd be a little better if there was cake.
So please bring cake.
