As the King of Comedy, I take my title very unseriously. All joking aside... is something I never say. In fact jokes keep us humble. Every house should have a small to large library of joke books to lighten the mood when things start to get too serious. Specifically, it is essential to have a joke book somewhere near the toilet in each bathroom where light reading material comes in handy.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Ralph Lane I have been a fan of Dad jokes before I even knew what those were. But I noticed most (none?) of the currently published Dad Joke Books are illustrate…moreI have been a fan of Dad jokes before I even knew what those were. But I noticed most (none?) of the currently published Dad Joke Books are illustrated. I know that I prefer illustrated joke books, so I figured other people would to. I also know that joke books make good presents for holidays such as Father's Day. Plus, they also are great in gift baskets. So that's why I decided to publish the Dad Jokes Gift Book - Illustrated.(less)
