Alejandro Serralde, BA, MBA started his career in the financial & industry, managing process improvement and highly complex technology projects for BT Financial Group. He then worked for ElectraNet and Powerlink Queensland, designing and building infrastructure projects, such as power-plants and transmission lines.

He is now, Managing Director of Reddin Assessments, a boutique management consulting firm founded by his father and behavioural guru Dr. William J. Reddin that designs management processes and facilitates change to enable the connection between strategy and execution. The firm uses high quality behavioral data to boost performance.
