Wanted: more bad guys!
Mario here:
We've got good candidates for our favorite villain contest. However, there are still plenty of baddies out there. To include:
HAL, proving that even computers can be psychopaths.
Thulsa Doom (James Earl Jones at his baddest.)
T-1000, played with cold-blooded brilliance by Robert Patrick.
Darth Vader, of course.
And the Joker.
Heath Ledger did an awesome, menacing job but...
to me, the nutty and dangerous Jack Nicholson is still tops.
Contest ends midnight, this Wednesday. Remember, Chicago

You gotta love it...
Let’s start out with a smile (to keep from crying): From Jay Leno
“According to the New York Times, swine flu can be transmitted on money. You know what that means…We’re all safe. No one’s got any.”
Okey-dokey, all, as Mario hinted in his post on Monday, we are launching another contest not for cash, unfortunately, but for RT shwag. Round one starts today and the prize is:
There will be a couple of other goodies, too, but Mario didn’t get his act together so I could take a picture of all of it. Bi

On your mark!
Mario here:
It's springtime and for us in the Biting-Edge corporate headquarters, that means CONTEST! Jeanne and I picked up so much RT shwag that we must share the loot. Stay tuned for a preview of the goodies. But the contest has our heads swimming because of its awesome concept. Round One: Name your favorite villain. Round Two: All-time greatest hero. Rules and contest schedule to follow.
Speaking of contests, check out Beth Groundwater and her insanely busy round-the-world blog promotio

RT Wrap Up
At the end of the blog, I’ll post some pics taken last week at the RT conference. I’m still in recovery mode, but there were a few interesting things happening in the real world while I was gone.
First, Stephanie Meyer appears to have been ejected from the Deseret Book store chain.
Deseret Book…has decided that Meyer's best-selling vampire romance books will no longer see the light of day -- at least on the shelves of its chain stores. Customers may instead request Meyer's 2005 novel Twilight --
