Trying to do this thing where I don't buy new clothes and instead wear everything in my cupboard. (tailor doesn't count as fast fashion no?) this dress is SO OLD, I think I bought it in Sarojini about 10 or 15 years ago? (smug that it still fits) I think it might have been white which got stained so I dyed it black? It was at the bottom of some random clothes basket, covered in cat hair, doomed to be forgotten until I threw it out or something but I rescued it and washed it and look, with some jewellery and red lipstick, it looks almost new. Plus v flattering fit. #whatiworetoday

From last night. Performed at a private club called Home with a bunch of other writers, all set to music by @stiffkittensinc. This was the view of my face from the front row, next time, smaller printouts! But I did have a great time in the end, despite being really nervous about it before.

Derpy Sunday. But he's so CUTE i just want to SMOOSH him. Which is always an odd sentiment when someone else says it, no? You always think, "really? That dog? That cat? That baby?" (at least I do, but I am quite shrivelled up inside) this ordinary looking tabby is extraordinarily attractive in my eyes, he could win PRIZES, and that, my friends, is love. #catsofinstagram

Not the most detailed photo of our saris, also I realise I look super bulky, must learn the art of slim tucking. BUT! it only took seven attempts for me to wear this garment yesterday and only one frustration tantrum. Yay! We're getting there! My sari is Raw Mango, a gift from my mother in law, which I wore for our court wedding. Ameya's is a Maheshwari from Shilparamam. #whatweworetoday

I'd forgotten how much I like this dress that I bought at a second hand sale once. I put it on today and was so delighted, I plan to promptly have it reproduced with some fun Indian fabric. Featuring POCKETS and a peekaboo crossback you can't see, but will have to take my word for it. Sweaty glow, model's own from stubbornness about not turning on the AC till it's "really hot." Kitten delivery! Our housekeeper's cat had four babies before she was killed by dogs ☹️ and Najma couldn't raise the babies on her own because like all infants, they need regular round the clock feedings. Tapped into my Delhi cat network which is amazing, by the way, and we were sent to a home with a lactating mother cat. Her kittens are slightly older, see the escape artist in this photo who just wants to play, but we rubbed the kittens against each other and put them in with her and soon she was grooming them like they were her own. You can see one tiny ginger one at the back, the other two are in the general kitten pile. With luck, they'll survive and go to happy homes of their own. #catsofdelhi #kittens
