Im a native West Virginian with a B.A. and M.A. in communication studies, honored as a West Virginia University Phi Beta Kappa. Meant for Her: Part 3

Thad and T.W. flanked the girls as they walked out to their cars at the end of the night. Had to respect them for providing that type of protection. I imagined some clubs just let them out at close and hope that creeps arent waiting to follow them home.

Shelbys smile as she slid into her black cherry red Mustang made my stomach tingle. Our mistake earlier didnt bother her, I could tell. I wondered if she knew I was there, eager to see her again. She had to. We had that connection.

My eyes...

Meant for Her: Part 2

Two nights in a row, mate? the bouncer asked, taking my cover the next evening. Never though youd find a Shelia here you liked tha much.

I shrugged, not wanting a conversation. First time for everything, mate.

Well, have fun. He raised an eyebrow as I headed towards the bar.

The bouncers at Kalis seemed like assholes. I suppose thats part of the job. Maybe the quiet one, T.W., wasnt bad, but Thad (Who the hell named their kid Thad in the nineties?), with his cocky attitude and Australian...

Author Interview: Jason Brewer

[image error] Please tell us a little about yourself.

I am 46 years old, have three teenagers and will be married for twenty years this February. My wife is the one who encouraged me to start reading for enjoyment; she has exposed me to all kinds of genres. I never knew there was so much out there. Just wish I had more time to explore them all.

What do you write (genre, length)?

Well, write is a very, very generous term for what I am doing. I have recently this past year really tried to discipline myself...

Meant for Her: Part 1

When was the first time I knew?

Three months back. She made eye contact and smiled, sliding up to my table in six-inch stiletto heels. Then, in that sweet tea accent of hers, she drawled, Howre ya tonight, baby?

Trying to be casual was the worst. The rush of blood to my cock tightened my jeans as I looked her over.

She embodied that poppy country song. How did it go? Something about backroads and going slow as quickly as possible. Dumbass song, butdamnit could have been written about her.

Author Interview: Jennifer Worrell

[image error] Please tell us a little about yourself.

Hiya! Im the worlds worst conversationalist, but I make pretty good pie, so although I may not be capable of much more than smiling and nodding, I bring an offering to break the ice.

What do you write (genre, length)?

A little of everything! Im inspired by so many books and styles of writing, I cant limit myself to one area of concentration. I started writing flash fiction because the challenge to condense a story into a tiny package with huge impact...
