The Pursuit of Happiness
Something I’ve learned over the years about happiness:
You cannot defeat psychopaths. Psychopaths always find a way to step on others and climb up the ladder in life. This is why so many hold the power in the world. It sucks. Being a “whistleblower,” as they like to label us because we know they are mistreating people, gets us into trouble. Think MLK Jr. and John Lennon. People didn’t like them calling out mistreatments and manipulations towards others.
My advice for when a psychopath has their eyes set on you whether it be your career, love-life, family, friendships, etc.:The best way to deal with them is to move out of their way and document everything they do in a 100% logical description (do not use emotion in documents) and include the date of the incident so that you have all the documentation for when the day comes they will try and get rid of you. Because they will. Find another path to get you out of this situation.
If you stay in this situation it will only get worse for you. I repeat:
If you stay in this situation it will only get worse for YOU.
You need to put yourself first and this is why you need to get out of the situation altogether. Have faith in the Universe because something so much BETTER is out there for you and you will feel so free in this better environment. Change is scary because it means you have to put your faith into the “unknown.” But I promise you, for your mental health and for your safety, trust the Universe and go down another pathway to get out of any psychopathic hold.
And forgive yourself. You’re not stupid. You’re not weak. You’re not crazy. And you’re not wrong. You’re not. Psychopaths are master manipulators. Happiness is a feeling you are worthy enough to experience.
You Are What You Continue to Allow. The Pursuit of Happiness.It’s amazing how cutting the chord with a psychopath gives you so much freedom and a much better life. Trust the process of change, forgive yourself, be gentle with yourself, love yourself, and go forward on your new path into a much BETTER life, job, relationship, etc. Write into Reality your new situation to help you visualize it. Your desires emerge much faster this way. You are what you continue to allow because habits build up. You get a choice because you become what you continue to allow through the compound effect.

2 Tips for How I Lost 16 Pounds by Choosing 3 Food Items

I didn’t work out all day. I didn’t even stop eating or drinking what I was wanting, but I changed up the elemental particle ingredients a bit and lost 16 pounds by doing this. I still have chocolate each night, I still drink alcohol, and I still have a few cups of coffee each day. Your body is made up of elemental particles that make up the Universe. Your body is mostly made up of water, but there are some gases thrown into the mix, too (which explains so much…am I right, ladies?). Haha!
Before I performed an experiment on myself to figure out HOW to “lose weight”, I had to observe my behavior in order to understand WHY I was doing the things I was doing with food and my thoughts and emotions. Here is what I was able to figure out between October and April and how I lost 16 pounds without hitting the gym or using a home-gym:
Tip #1Understand what you are grabbing to eat and WHY you are grabbing it. Do ManiFAST observations for a week with your laptop, journal, or spiral:
Right before you eat, jot down what you are choosing to eat, “I choose to eat…”Jot down your feelings and why you are choosing it, “I choose to eat…because I feel (ex: stressed, sad, bored)…”Jot down why you feel this way, “I feel (stressed, sad, bored) because my coworker hasn’t returned my calls or replied to my emails…”Change up your elemental particle ingredients. Example: switch the chocolate granola bar for an Atkins shake. Put down the Moscato and grab a White Claw instead. Mix your fav creamer with less sugared or sugar-free creamer.
Flip the script by focusing on gaining rather than on lack. Write out, “I am gaining less mass of 5 lbs and I feel better because I have more energy, my skin looks clearer,…”
Tip #2Have a “bad day” backup plan. Write into Reality all the actions that bring you back into alignment for those days you feel off-kilter with yourself. Example: taking a nap, doing breathing meditation, ManiFAST writing of gratitude, cuddling with your pets or significant other, listening to your fav music, etc. Need help flipping your mindset around for the better? How to Overcome FOMO

Happy Aries season!
I have a lot of Aries in my sign, and I am passionate, compassionate, impatient, bold, driven, fiery, and relentless. Some amazing Aries include Lady Gaga, Gloria Steinem, Patricia Arquette, Emma Thompson, Jennifer Garner, and Sarah Jessica Parker.
If you are feeling scared to take that next step, take the plunge, go forth in any way, please know this: the amazing ladies in the above have taken a lot of “test-runs” (they are not mistakes, but test-runs) in life. You can’t get from point A to point B without a few test-runs.
So, instead of having FOMO, Fear of Missing Out, because you are scared to make mistakes and you are scared of how others will perceive you, train yourself to have NOFOMO instead. Start with something small that is a little scary to take manifesting action around and go from there. Little steps each day add up to BIG results! Yes!
And while everyone else is living with FOMO, you are a LEADER who lives and leads with NOFOMO. Because really, practice makes for progression and progression leads to your manifestation.

Fearless While Manifesting (Smart Goals Part 2)

Today I’m going to teach you how to manifest your desires even while feeling fearful. I know, this sounds contradictory. But fear exists because if it didn’t exist, you wouldn’t feel it or even know what it is or how to describe it. You just wouldn’t focus on it or acknowledge it AT ALL. You wouldn’t be…fearful. I know, I went there!
In all seriousness, fear is not something to be fearful of, and in this episode, I’m going to teach you how to look at “fear”, and your desires, as bouncing super balls. Not only will you shift your description and expectations of fear through your new approach, but you’ll also realize how to manifest your desires more quickly using super balls as a metaphor, and by using your body. Create 8 Smart Goals

Today I’m going to share with you what I do at the beginning of each new year and why I do this. I consider this to be what I call “smart goals”, not just regular goals because you’re not only setting your intentions, but you’re taking manifesting action. SMART goals. Manifesting is basically a “resolution” ANY day of the year, not just for each January month. But, in order to ManiFAST (Manifest Faster), I perform this specific type of manifesting action…listen to find out, and below are my smart goals for this year. Let’s do this together! Are You Ready to Quickly Manifest It in 2021?
2020 is THANKFULLY coming to a close soon and I gotta tell you: this was a bad year. I hit the reset button on everything, including with Manifest It!, because the Universe is preparing me for something, I know it. I feel it in my bones.
Earlier in the year, during January of 2020, I had posted on my former Instagram account that my word of the year for 2020 was “perseverance.” Well, that’s definitely the situation that played out for me in both my business and in my personal life this year. I won’t even bore you with all the speedbumps I’ve encountered over the course of this year. I’ve had to hit the reset button in big ways for Manifest It! and within my own mindset.
However, as I said, I feel like the Universe is preparing me for something. And if YOU have been feeling frustrated, confused, defeated, downhearted, blue, stressed out to the max, and everything else that 2020 has thrown our way- please do NOT give up. Please, keep going. Seriously. I think I cried about 16 times this year.
Growth is not always a bed of roses, but the reward is so worth it!
I’ve had some blessings over this year, too, and I’m counting even the smallest blessings. When it comes to manifesting, the compound effect works BEST. And it works quickly.
For 2021, My Word Is: Serendipity
The reason why I am picking this word is that I’ve learned some big lessons about what it means to “keep going” and trust the process at the SAME TIME. Also, I’ve always really loved this word, it’s so much fun to say!
I encourage YOU to come up with a word for 2021 as well, or you can use the same word I’m using for this next year. The whole point is to:
Set your intentions (what do you want to manifest?)
Take daily steps moving towards your dreams (actionable steps to speed up the manifestation process)
And SURRENDER to the outcome (trust the process). Yep, you knew I was going to remind you of this part
But seriously, I surrendered to my website redesign problems with people, my domain being screwed up, and then I met the RIGHT person to redesign my website and brand. If I hadn’t surrendered to the outcome, this gorgeous website that I cry over would have not come together.
Same with my new partnership with Pandora. No, I’m not a musician all of a sudden, they are hosting my podcast now. I had submitted an application to them 4 months ago. I figured they turned me down and so I surrendered to the situation. A week ago I got an email from them accepting my podcast show, Manifest It!
And in my personal life, I have had to deal with some past fears that came to the surface for me again. I worked through them by voicing my wants and needs (while freaking out about it). And I surrendered to the outcome, telling myself that “if it’s meant to be, it will be.” And guess what? When I surrendered to the outcome, I actually got what I wanted. For real. ((thankful))
Oh my gosh, 2020 has been a year…but I didn’t give up on myself. And I don’t want you to give up on yourself, either. We are in this together.

Perseverance

At the beginning of this year, 2020, I made a post on my old Instagram profile that stated my word for the year was “perseverance.” Little did I know what was coming to me in the months that followed. The definition of “perseverance” states:
Persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.
This year has been absolutely challenging and heartbreaking, to say the least, for so many of us in the world, including self-help and spiritual business owners. We are thought leaders, we are supposed to shine our light of positivity onto others and crank out an interminable amount of inspiration. But, even as thought leaders and business owners, it’s impossible to do so 100% of the time. Especially during a year that many consider being “cursed.” Heck, even Teal Swan, had this happen to her a few weeks ago!
While on that day in January of this year, 2020, I had no idea what was coming to me for my business and personal life, I guess, in a way, I was tuning into my intuition and foreshadowing events that would help fill the role of the meaning of the word, “perseverance.” And yes, what you focus on expands.
But it’s not what happens to you that determines your freedom of choice. Rather, it’s how you choose to respond through your focus that expands. Listen now as I explain my top 3 business mistakes I made this year, and boy are they big ones, and how I’m choosing to overcome them. I’ll give you a hint, this also involves the famous Japanese proverb:
Fall down seven times, stand up eight.
