What makes a soulmate?

This quote got me to thinking about our friendship and the reason why I think we have been friends for all these years!

True friendship is about being completely yourself in the company of another person. This means the unadultered good bad and ugly versions of you. It’s that one person who has flaws just like you do and who isn’t afraid to share them with you.

We write about soulmates but perhaps they don’t need to be found In a sexual partner. There are no rules when it comes to friendship but maybe our soulmates are hidden amongst our closest friends and have been right under our nose whilst we’re off searching for them.

We consider ourselves soulmates. It’s to do with that undeniable giggly loved up feeling we get in each other’s company. The feeling that we can take on the whole world or hide from it together and be just fine.

There’s no pretending and EVERYTHING is shared, when one of us takes a fallback we both do and when one of us is happy, we’re both smiling. We champion each other, we’re completely different but our connection is like no other. Writing together is just a tiny part of our journey but it means so much to us to be able to work together creatively. We hope you enjoy our stories as much as we love writing them.

Okay so my family consists of myself, my other half Scott and our 4 girlies

Clare and Family

In my world, family is everything so it’s important that you meet my little bunch! This is me with my hubby Craig, we rarely have photos together because we’re too busy being Mum and Dad to stop and pose  for a pic. We have been married for just over 9 years and we have definitely tested our for better for worse vows but this guy is my rock and believes in me more than I believe in myself!

This is our eldest daughter Elle, she is amazing and has taught me everything I know about unconditional love and what being a family means. You will usually find her practising make up tutorials or working at our local roller disco.

[image error]My youngest daughter Felicity is a bundle of joy, her name means happy and lucky and that’s exactly what she is. She is extremely witty and loving and her favourite things are animals and reading animal stories together. Very rarely she will take a picture with me as she is camera shy so I let her take this one and I have to agree with her caption…

We live in a small town in Cheshire, England with our pooch, Patch and our favourite place to spend time is horse riding at the farm.
