Pourquoi j'aime ? Sortie du nouvel album des Shaka Ponk oblige, je me devais de parler de cette chanson. Même avec un petit niveau d'anglais, pas besoin de traduction car tout est dit dans le clip. Dans ces années d'après guerre, les ennemis étaient les nazis, mais cette chanson peut s'appliquer aujourd'hui aux djihadistes. La tentation de sombrer dans le mal, la drogue, l'alcool... quand tout autour de nous s'écroule est grande et de nos jours beaucoup de personnes, les plus jeunes en particulier, se sentent incompris, abandonnés, isolés et c'est tellement plus simple de laisser tomber plutôt que de se battre... Cette chanson est juste sublime et j'aime les Shaka Ponk car même s'ils font du rock, c'est du rock constructif et engagé, ils ont des choses à dire et surtout ils savent utiliser les bons mots pour le dire.

Pourquoi j'aime ? Tout le monde a voulu un jour savoir jouer cette musique à la guitare, non ? En tout cas, moi oui. À chaque fois que j'entends cette chanson, ma seule envie est de prendre ma guitare et mon micro et de m'éclater. Les paroles sont parfaites quand l'envie de se rebeller nous prend. Et dire qu'à la base le titre était juste une erreur de prononciation de Jack White, parfois les erreurs ont du bon.

J'espère que vous allez bien ?
Les gens qui me connaissent bien (et on peut sincèrement les compter sur les doigts d'une main), savent qu'en plus d'être une accro des lettres, je suis également une accro de la musique. Alors, je me suis dis qu'en plus d'une petite "Phrase du jour", je pourrais aussi poster "La chanson du jour" pour partager avec vous mes coups de coeur.
Alors, je commence tout de suite avec l'un de mes coups de coeur.

Pourquoi j'aime ? Les paroles me touchent. Quand on a vécu des choses douloureuses dans la vie et que l'on a réussi à s'en sortir (même si souvent c'est juste un masque que l'on porte pour le faire croire), on a besoin d'aider nos proches qui sont à leur tour emportés du mauvais côté. C'est une magnifique chanson d'amour, l'une des plus belles pour moi.
