ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!
I'll be posting more details over the next few days, but for now, I'm absolutely thrilled to announce my next project, due in late Fall -- as well as the titles of my next two books.
The EIDOLON represents an entire new line of content, and I can't be more excited to be partnering with Rainbowcrate and Audible on it.

The Great Atlantean Battle Royalchemy
Hello hello!
I've been posting serial installments for a free TAROT SEQUENCE novella, and, happily, have just finished the last chapter.
It began as the kernel of an idea, and grew into an 80-paged novella featuring Rune, Brand, and Max -- along with several other series-favorites. It leads almost directly into the start of Book 3.
It's posted on my website at kd-edwards.com, if you're interested in downloading the PDF or EPUB format.
Next up.....May 17. The Hourglass Throne rises.

COVER REVEAL TODAY!!!!!
Hello everyone! As of the exact moment I type the next words, HOURGLASS THRONE is published in....

and FORTY-TWO SECONDS
I know this thanks to the handy countdown clock that my IT Liege, Moon, put on my website.
Anyway, I wanted to let you know there's a lot happening over the next couple of months, if you're interested. Contests, group readalongs of the first two books (and the between-the-novel stories) in the nine weeks leading up to publications -- with me joining Q&A sessions every weekend....
Also, I'm dropping, piece by piece, a novella featuring Rune, Max, and Brand on a mystery at a city-wide alchemy competition. You can find THE GREAT ATLANTEAN BATTLE ROYALCHEMY on my website:

Pre-order Link is Live!
Looks like pre-order links for THE HOURGLASS THRONE are starting to pop up on Amazon and independent bookstores!
(The paperback link, at least. Ebook and Audible links should be up at some point. Since getting physical copies of books is so hard due to global shipping issues and a paper shortage, I'm glad they got this link live now! It increases the chances that people will have the physical book in their hands on release date, if that's what they want.)
I cannot wait to share this book with y'all.

It's official....
THE HOURGLASS THRONE will be published on May 17, 2022.
The gap of time between Book 2 and Book 3 pains me -- but between pandemics, paper shortages, and shipping issues, it's been a hell of a year.
Good news is I'm well on my way to writing Book 4 (tentatively titled THE MISFIT CARAVAN, by the way) -- and my goal to finish all 9 novels in the series, along with a spin-off featuring the kids at MAGNUS ACADEMY, is still my decade's goal.
PS -- feel free to check out my website for free content. You may also want to peek in over the holidays this year, if you're interested in more stories.

SCENES FROM THE HOLIDAYS
Hello hello hello! For anyone interested, there's more free content available. It's the Equinox celebration, and Rune's court is planning a party. This collection of short stories features the characters from THE HANGED MAN, and takes place just before the next book in the series, THE HOURGLASS THRONE (Book 3).
Follow Ciaran try to navigate problems with Anna and Layne. Rune and Brand act Dadlike with young Corbitant at the local park. The adults of Sun Estate plan a night on the town, and end up returning to a location from THE HANGED MAN to complete unfinished business...
The novelette is available free on my website (as individual stories right now, and soon to be a compiled ePUB edition.) You can also view the two other collections: the novella THE SUNKEN MALL, which takes place prior to THE HANGED MAN; and SCENES FROM QUARANTINE, a diary-like novelette that relays Rune and Brand's experiences as the human Pandemic hits New Atlantis -- which takes place after the events of THE HANGED MAN and before Book 3.

Sorry about that. In case you didn't know, I've got the greenlight for the next two TAROT SEQUENCE books. There will be both print, eBook, and Audible versions too!
As soon as I know the pub date for Book 3, I'll let you know. But I'm happy to share the title. Tarot 3 will be called....
THE HOURGLASS THRONE.
Can't wait to share it. I'm finishing up the manuscript as we speak.
