I truly believe in many instances it's a lack of self-awareness.
I truly believe in many instances it's a lack of self-awareness. It's following the crowd and not following a plan of your own. It's hard to be original. It's hard to achieve success that is real and authentic and truly yours.
Ironically enough, it becomes easier to fake it and think things will just work out. Hey- maybe they do for some people. But it gets a lot harder to reverse course and change as you go further along.
