A Bit about MegaCon 2024...

2023 was the first time that I heard of picking a word as a sort of mantra for the year. I liked the idea and picked "Pragmatic" as my word. This year I've settled on "resilience" for this year's theme. This is largely because I made a lot of well thought-out decisions last year and now I have to pay the consequences for them. 😅

This weekend featured our biannual time shift and I over-compensated it by an entire day. I kept thinking that the 5th was today, which messed a few things up for me. WTF September?

Last month  was so weird for me. I filled my monthly planner up with stuff to do, and I was only able to attend a single event (which was Prometheus Esoterica's open house). Everything else was canceled or postponed.

Ormond Beach Live postponed until October 14th - 15th and it's a good thing they did. The venue flooded out and I'd have spent another event fretting about making sure my artwork didn't ...

And just like that, It's August.

I hope that my July looked awesome for everyone, because it was one  intense marathon for me. I launched the Sivoa:Zenith Kickstarter and was busy updating and promoting it the whole time. I've mentioned before that marketing isn't my strongest skill and the recent weird shenanigans with Twitter and Meta have made it all the harder.
