Great advice! One of the hardest things for me has also been learning when to relax. Sometimes you need to write even when you’re tired, but sometimes you also need to know when to grab that drink, or go on that hiking trip, or (gasp) spend time with your spouse or family. Writing is important, but you also need stuff/experience to write about.
