Spend More Time Doing Things That Give Back To You And Fill You With Joy 💜🌸

Balance Giving and Receiving. If you are feeling flat you are probably out of wack with your giving and receiving. You are giving too much time to other people and un-fun work tasks and not enough time doing things you love and resting. You can fix this by having some quiet rest time, sea salt baths and spending time on hobbies you enjoy. Fill up your joy-ometer more every day!

New Book Review For My Book ‘Fairy Sparkles’ 🧚‍♂️ 📚

Fairy Sparkles by Sarah Rajkotwala is a refreshing and uplifting read that offers gentle, spiritual guidance for modern day living. While I personally would have preferred a more serious book cover to reflect its non-fiction nature, what truly matters is the treasure within and this book delivers that in abundance.

Full of fascinating wisdom, daily quotes, and uplifting insights, Fairy Sparkles reminded me of truths I already knew but had forgotten in the noise of everyday life. Instead of reaching for my phone in the morning, I found myself turning to this book allowing its messages to set the tone for my day.

Sarah, a psychic who communicates telepathically with fairies and angels, shares wisdom in a beautifully accessible way. Chapters like Stop Talking Negatively, What Fresh Air Actually Does, The Colours of Spring, provides practical advice that encourages a more peaceful, intuitive, and balanced life.

Reading this book at the beginning of spring made its nature centered themes even more impactful. It inspired me to step outside more, listen to birdsong, and reconnect with the present moment.
